 An individual contributor responsible for providing project office administration support on GBS
commercial agreements
 Providing support to project leadership on various project related tasks.

 Assists in defining the project management system, including maintenance of logs for contracts and

 Assists with project launch and start-up where possible (includes preparing material for launch, launch
event with client, etc.).
 Assists with project organization and resource planning, including maintenance of staffing plans,

and administers on/off-boarding processes.
 Administers the project environment, including identifying and addressing connectivity needs.
 Interfaces with client IT services for connectivity issues, and distributes connectivity procedures.

 Supporting PSC scope of services for PMO administration, including project launch, execution, and
closure activities for assigned projects
 Complete all project support activities in a timely manner and meet quality expectations
 Follow PSC defined best practice processes and procedures in the execution of responsibilities, and to
provide support for tasks not documented by the PSC with guidance from project leadership
 Develop necessary professional, operational, system, tool and personal management skills to function
effectively in a remote services environment.

the PMO Lead
 Assisting in defining the project management system, including maintenance of logs for contracts and

 Executing procurement processes for HW/SW, co-ordinate project travel and accommodation
requirements, including submission of lodging cost reduction requests, when applicable.
 Have to administer project communications, including distribution lists, communications calendar, claim
& expense policies, and cadence process for meetings.
 Have to schedule and plan team events.
 Have to support project planning and risk management, including producing and delivering status
reports, maintaining/tracking project plans and deliverables logs, and risk/issue logs.
 Support reporting requirements as requested and guided by project leadership in accordance with PSC
reporting policies.
 Required to produce and publishes all project reports as defined in the project management system,
including client (status reports, KPIs, travel expenses) and IBM internal reporting (7 Keys, DMT), as well as
ad-hoc reporting.
 Required to assist in preparing Client presentations.
 As GBS GD BCP Coordinator KRA & Task handled:
 Represents BCM program needs, responsibilities, challenges, and BAU’s overall readiness.
 Ensure appropriate recovery strategy is in place for the group or division. Lead appropriate remediation
activities to completion as necessary.
 Coordinate annual BCP testing and ensure completion per Firm guidelines
 Provide regular BCP training/guidance to Plan Owners and Recovery Essential Personnel (REP) on overall
BCP planning process.
 Communicate appropriately to Plan Owners and REPs as necessary in preparation for or during an event
(incl. information received from BCM team)
 Documenting departmental Business Impact analysis and Business Continuity plans and conducting
annual reviews
 Conducting Table Top exercises by group and scenario and outlining improvements required
 Leading quarterly testing process, analyze and report test results
 Being the voice for Business Continuity within Operations and constantly keeping the business informed
on any needed process changes
 Implement and improve BCP framework, guidelines and policies for complete range of IT services
(Infrastructure Management, Software Development, Testing Projects and SAP Services)
 Conducting Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment and Mitigation for business and services
 On-boarding new services (right from transition) in to BCP Plan and ensure all the pre-requisites
required e.g. BCP enablement (e.g. connectivity/desktop configuration, security arrangement at DR site
etc.), documentation and training to the people etc.
 Work cross-departmentally to establish and implement mechanisms for identifying and addressing any
& every issues/challenges for Business continuity Plan for all SSCs
 Identify key gaps in design, development & operations phase of Business Continuity Plan and
continually improve BCP framework towards “best in class”.
 Responsible for coordinating, assessing, developing & communicating recovery environment
requirements and contingency plans associated with Technology Shared Service Centre spread across
multiple geo-locations.
 Plan activities with appropriate processes for Technology Shared Service Centres and Support Functions;
enabling timely & effective decisions for Technology Shared Service Centre recovery planning during
set-up and real-time disaster situations.
 Responsible for planning and implementation of a BCP and Crisis Management Plans ensuring effective
and efficient RTO ensuring a very fast system of management-notification and impact collection from
business.
 Responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining comprehensive business recovery plans and a
testing program, to ensure the ability to recovery, in the event of an unforeseen disruption to facilities,
technology systems
 Produce all related documentation and provide training on BCP and Disaster Recovery procedures to
employees as needed.
 Perform periodic audits of defined BCP and Disaster Recovery Plans and report to management on any
improvements that need to be made.
 Key Responsibilities as MIS – Resource :
 Generate, maintain, analyze & present daily/ weekly/ monthly Sales, Quality and Client Service reports.
 Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
 Make company performance reports and analyzing them from company prospect.
 Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
 Ensure timely and accurate generation and execution of all MIS operations and management reports.
 Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
 To work as a member of the operational team to achieve the business goals and objectives.
 Analyze business information to identify and recommend process
 Improvements to current MIS, established procedures, forms and workflows to improve reporting
efficiency and consistency. Collate Analyze and Present company performance details quarterly and half
yearly.
 Preparation of monthly Performance Status Reports to Senior Management

across leaders in IBM.
