▪ Responsible for bulk hiring through (walking interview , ad , employee
reference through, Portal through , Consultancy through, etc.)
▪ Confirmation Letters.
▪ Conducting interview, Ad mine, Training, Payroll Management , Attendance
management etc.
▪ Employee relation maintain , slow employee facing same problem,
maintain all record, employee joining and leaving formality , every month
salary for all department employee, authorize for give all employee offer
letter or all organization document
▪ Maintain all job description, attendants, pay plan, pay plan surveys,
scheduling & conducting job, compliance
▪ Knowledge given about job duties, company policies, working-conditions
,wages, opportunities , promotion , administering disciplinary procedures
▪ Tracking for employee Performance , leaves, increasing salary scale, duties
▪ Salary negotiations and making offer to selected candidates
▪ Strong interaction and co - ordination with Process owners.
▪ Assistance in organizing of get-togethers, picnics, parties, etc.
▪ Process Improvements.
▪ Facilitate Disciplinary action.
▪ Hr Policies Pupation.
▪ Induction for new Joining.
▪ Conducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the
earliest.
▪ Providing inputs in formalizing Hr Processes and Policies and implementation of the same.
▪ New joining candidate given product knowledge
▪ Compensation and benefit management
▪ Manage Appraisals increments , Promotion increments
▪ Providing inputs in formalizing HR processes and policies and implementation of the same
▪ Document verification ( New Joint Candidate Or New Prepaid Connection taken customer
