did a scope review, wherein we trimmed the software enhancement listfrom over 1,000
items to 425 – most of which were not only for the good of this client, but for our product
suite in general. The tightened scope and a schedule modification resulted in an on-time go-
live. Follow-up project revenues were in excess of $1.5 million.
