2. Costumes
These are a selection of up to date, on trend fashion styles associated within
the indie genre. I plan to use both a mix of styles, casual and dressy for both
genders. Any costumes/outfits I choose within my magazine will go well with
the genre of my magazine that I’m creating. They also will match the adequate
codes and conventions. I have chosen the outfits carefully as I would like my
magazine to relate back to the sub-culture I’m reaching out to, otherwise my
magazine will not reach my audience profile successfully. I would like my
magazine to also encourage a style towards my audience.
I want to ensure my images match the genre correctly.
3. Props
The few images below are the props in which I'm desiring to include within
the images I will place in my magazine. As the style I am creating my
magazine under is Indie. I will be using an acoustic guitar, microphone and a
chair to entice my reader. I will have my artists using the guitar and
microphone so it makes the magazine more unique and relates to the music
category. I will have my artists pose in a positive body language rather than a
stereo typical stuck up music artist. I want my artist to appear casual and laid
back as well as professional.
