volume of $30MM. P&L, payroll, personnel, receiving, loss prevention, financial data analysis,
expense, budget and purchasing responsibilities, as well as full facilities (free standing and in-
line) management, to include consistent interaction with landlords and/or property managers.
    • Retained all members of management (126 employees) after a bankruptcy by creating
       and communicating complex operational plan, secured temporary headquarters and
       created incentive programs.
    • Inspired employees and ensured outstanding customer service by conducting weekly
       store visitations and conference calls with all members of management (store and
       district).
    • Developed weekly competition evaluations to ensure pricing and posture in marketplace
       for each location.
    • Saved 60% upfront costs and 40% overall by nurturing relationships with vendors and
