Responsibilities included: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
Also included are planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance,
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
● Develop and maintain a field sales team expense budget for 50 people of $2.8 million.
● Managed Relationship with Lowe’s designated department service group.
● Prepared regular and special sales reports.
● Responsible for research, testing, and implementing of Lowe’s Vendor Service Management
system of handheld tracking devices. Revised the strategy for technology used by field
personnel, increasing productivity, and promoting more effective means of communication;
all while saving $6000 in hardware, and savings of $25,000 per year for the software.

● Managed the sales and profitability of products sold through 150 Lowe’s stores for
approximately a $35 million territory. Helped build the business from the ground up.

including sales skills, execution of promotions, call report tracking, and rapport building skills.
