Onshore Visit (June’ 2015)
• Been to Minneapolis (Ameriprise HQ) for meeting the leaders of different LOBs and
other fulfilment teams
• Internal database clean up. Identified fields not being used and can be eliminated
• Desk phone fulfilment process overview with leads to discuss current gaps and
improvement in SLAs
• Involved in testing of an application (Service Now) to discuss the utilization of existing
reporting functionality with the application to replace current database
• Training the team in sorting daily reports & systems access requirements in preparation
for a new LOB
• Provided a way which eliminated the gap between our process and the fulfilment team
• Had touch-bases with our and different LOB Business Partners
Centralized Onboarding
• Do Quality check (QC) for the team and provide results to the leaders along with the action plan
• Analysis of the QC results
• Process Onboarding and Off-boarding for the employees and Contingent Workers
• Initiate hardware, software, Space request for the new and internally moving resources (includes
resources moving from Offshore to Onshore)
• Help Administrative Assistants to complete the Onboarding and Off-boarding process for the
resources
• Keep a track of the ongoing processing and send Final Sign Off to the Administrative Assistants
upon completion of Onboarding or Off-boarding
• Helping other team members in process related questions
• Give training to the new hires in the team
• Handle bulk hires and schedule meetings with Directors and VP to discuss any gaps or flaws in the
