All server requires their OS to be patched or upgraded on a controlled manner
We plan and coordinate execution of patch for entire HP asset. It includes Linux, HPUX and
Windows servers. This involves balance of activity and high level co-ordination
Project: Site-2-Site Compliance
Mission Critical application are required to be site-to-site compliant to enable their business
continuity during any infrastructure of application failure.
We help the application ownerto achieve their application to be site-to-site compliant and rehearsal
done in a regular documented fashion.
Project: Account Maintenance
All application does have some kind of service account which are been used by their dB layer,
application layer or web layer.
This information and their expiration policy are maintained centrally. We are required to coordinate
effort on account renewal and new account documentation.
Project: Cloud/data migration
With cloud computing popularity, application would like to move to better environment with
stability
We assist application team to follow with standardized guidelines on cloud migration, and overall
follow-up on stability.
Project: Enclosure firmware upgrade
To keep the firmware up-to-date is necessary as this provides a more reliable and stable
environment. Since multiple application will be hosted at enclosure level. This is done in a
controlled manner to reduce downtime to application

 Undertaken multiple domain application support in functional availability, continuity, down-time
analysis, code release which was part of Incident Management, Problem Management and Release
Management and SOX audit.
 Data Center Consolidation.
Performed datacenter and server consolidation, workload planning,migration, and implementation
on legacy projects. These projects ranged in size and scope that included migrations to newer
technology operating environments, workload processing and database upgradation for
