Roles & responsibilities:
 Handling independently strength of 250 plus employees of AnM Group Holding, five
companies all legal documents and manages their renewals process.
 Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws & Immigration Laws, new visas processing, Department of
economic development works like Trade License renewals new business setup ( Dubai &
Sharjah), follow up with Sharjah & Dubai municipalities, civil defense approvals, RTA and all
government department works.
 Keeping records of all companies vehicles expiry dates and manage the renewals of
registration cards before it’s expiring.
 Dealing with Banks and Insurance Companies for account opening of employees and all types
of insurance (Health, Life, Vehicle & Asset)
 Conduct initial screening of jobs seekers i.e. interview and updating preliminary process of
recruitment.
 Preparing an appointment letters / termination letters etc.
 Prepare job description formats and follow up with concerned managers for update.
 Coordinate the issuance of I.D cards for the new employees
 Prepare necessary documents and processing visas of directors for abroad business tours
(China, Singapore, Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, U.K., U.S.A., Tunisia, Ghana, Iran,
Saudi Arabia and All Schengen & Africans Countries).
 Create reports as and when required - to provide selected data from the HR database.
 Update Employee related HR Module regularly.
 Responsible for monthly checking of personnel details against documents of transaction
including addition & deletion of employees name in insurance companies from Health & Group
Life insurance, cross checking of payables invoices towards HR-Admin related expenses.
 Track employee probationary periods and Expiry of Labor Cards, Health Card, visa expiry etc.
and renew/update it accordingly.
 Perform monthly HR database back up.
 Handle employee queries on HR-Admin issues.
 Managing Employees files and preparation of payroll.
 Processing Salaries through WPS.
 Reconciling the payroll through ERP (ORION).
 Handling office sundry purchase like stationaries, pantry items and miscellaneous.
