Rohen Chhetry  Completing the joining formalities of the new employees.  Responsible for conducting the orientation and induction of new employees on board  Issue IOM’s to PR department on daily basis for selected candidates for their employment visas and the work permits, once the visa and the work permit received, sends them with detailed information  Send periodical communication to the selected candidates about the collection of the documents visa status, travel date, and tentative date of joining etc.  Ensure their visa message and deposit is done in coordination with the PR department.  Tracking of the mission visa and process them on time and exit as per the standard.  Coordinate with the facilities department related to the transportation and accommodation for new joinees  Ensure that new joining documents (appointment letter, Job description, accommodation guidelines form and induction forms. Induction & Post Joining Formalities:  Ensure Completion of on boarding formalities of new joinees’ which includes necessary form & documents fill up, HR policy intimation, appointment letter handover to function.
