Currently working with CONTRACO WLL (11-04-2005 to till Date) as a Sr. Payroll Officer. A leading “A”
Grade construction company with annual contract revenue around 500 million Qatar Riyals. The major
projects under taken by the company in recent years are Golf Course for Qatar Foundation ,Workers
Hospitals at Mesaeed, State Mosque, Al Jassassiya Guest Palace, Burj Elegante Tower at Pearl Qatar,
Qatar Foundation Education City Housing Development Project 400 luxury villas, Road Projects Etc.
Contraco has approximately 2500 Employees including both Staff and labour category.
Reporting to: HR & Admin Director/Finance Head

 Arranging the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system
 Preparation of leave settlement of the staff when they proceed for vacation.
 Preparation of gratuity calculation at the time of final settlement of the employee.
 Calculating and recording sickness payments and processing time sheets.
 Calculating payroll from timesheets and general payroll administration.
 Ensuring all permanent and temporary staff are paid on time.
 Maintaining accurate record of sick/maternity /parental leave.
 Completion and submission of payroll year end.
 Providing training & support to new employees and more junior members of the team.
