AS AN ACCOUNTANT (Software – Navision) From 15th

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Maintaining Stock Register and Keeping Books, documents, Files etc.
 preparing purchase order and Preparing the invoice based on purchase order.
 Handling Site Office Petty Cash and reimburse from Head Office.
 Receiving invoice from the supplier & verify the invoice with purchase order.
 Verify the PO & pass all reclassification entry for consumable purchases.
 Preparing the invoice and submitting to client office.
 Preparing Monthly reports and reporting to Project Manager.
