WORK EXPERIENCE:
Working as a HR Executive (Senior Labour Management Officer) in Al Futtaim Carillion,
U.A.E, Dubai. From August 2008 till date.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Migration of Employee data in ACE & Oracle system for the transfers occurred from
one project to another as per the requirements.
 Updating the records in the site database related to all site staff as per the information
received from the site.
 To attain and to keep a log of the received Helpdesk Enquires, updating & tracking of
the same. Closing of the logged queries in the given stipulated time scale.
 Enrollment of new employees on to ACE & Oracle system
 Updating holiday pool in Oracle and in ACE as per the holiday requests and reports
received from site.
 Periodic update of the repatriation list.
 Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s
recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
 Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines
 Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings,
specifications for external recruitment agencies and other materials in
accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business
needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to
decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.
 Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment
agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the
status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed
without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and
confidentiality.
 Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate
interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that
interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
 Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide
feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established
selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
 Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job
specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they
need to decide whether to accept the position.
 Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so
that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the
organization and its recruitment activities.
 Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that
new employees are quickly integrated into the organization
 Generating & distribution of transfer notes as per requirements of site.
 Issue Aurora RFID Cards for the new and against Damaged/Enrolment for the
Operative/ Staff as per the received requests and keeping the log of the same for
future references.
 Preparation of various reports related to daily & weekly absence reports for
operatives, holiday requests, repatriation list, helpdesk resolved / unresolved queries
reports, etc. Generation of Oracle or ACE based employee reports.
 Negotiate with the supplier for Labour Supply.
 Arrange and Managed to mobilize manpower on site in critical condition
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Working as a Secretary cum Document Controller in Al Futtaim Carillion, U.A.E, Dubai.
from August 2005 to 2008.
 Preparation of inter-office memo, reports, office correspondence presentation, and
material.
 Perform administrative function as the case require. Proper handling of all confidential
