- 5. WE OPEN UP OUR BODY WHENEVER WE HAVE OPTIMISTIIC, CONFIDENT , DOMINATING OR WINNING ATTITUDE
- 6. WE CONTRACT OUR BODY, OR CLOSE OURSELVES WHEN WE ARE IN STRESS, WHEN WE ARE IN A LOSING SITUATION OR UNDER DOMINANCE
- 7. WOMEN GENERALLY HAVE MORE “CLOSED-UP” BODY POSES AS THEY FEEL THEMSELVES LESS POWERFUL OR DOMINATING Our non-verbals influence how other people think and feel about us

- 9. YES, it has found out to be found true!!!!!! Can really bring a real smile! Feeling ourselves powerful ingenuinely can cause us to feel real powerful!!! Even addition of emoticons in online business negotiations can impact on a BIG
- 10. Do our body can change our mind too? Two hormones effect our action taking capabilities— Testosterone- for THIS(confidence) Cortisol- for THIS(stress) Body language influences the LEVEL of these hormones which in turn SHAPES our mind
- 11. High levels of Testosterone levels and lower level of Cortisol levels have seen in Leaders or influential persons
- 12. Indirectly our mind body language can make us Win even if we have low chances of winning Optimistic, assertive & abstractive Can make us take high risk actions
- 13. Where can we use it in our life? Social threats Job interview Stress relieve To make ourselves feel good & confident or in many other ways, it’s universal!!
- 14. Don't fake it to make it!! But fake it until you become it!!!
