• Print extra copies of this planner. How much time do you need to set aside for revision?
• Cross out days and times when you have other planned commitments e.g. family lunch, morning/evening work, sporting events, going to the cinema with friends, etc.
• Remember your brain needs time to process information. Take breaks, make time for exercise and socialising, eat well, stay healthy and get enough sleep.
• Write specific topics that you will study in the remaining empty boxes. Think about what times you work best.
• Use a different colour for each of your subjects e.g. blue for Music, yellow for English, red for Science.
• Pin your planner up somewhere so that you will check it each day. Ask your friends or family to help you stick to your plan.
• Cross off each day and each revision period once completed. This will give you a sense of accomplishment.
