harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.

At the time I was also discussing how close is was to Christmas, as it is late November. That got me thinking of holiday related magazines and I got really imaginative with all the ideas I could do for one so that was at the top of my list to consider. • After I did all of my research I considered different options like fashion and gaming. The research helped me look at different options. However, I still kept circling back to my initial idea.

- 6. Mood Board Analysis Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood With the pictures I've collected there is a free flowing mood it looks slightly spontaneous but all these images are things that can make people happy, from looking at a beautiful view to playing on a console. With most for the images you can enjoy them with others; the colour pallet is warm and welcoming allowing everyone to join in. The majority of the images do not have a solid white background and the repetition of the images to od with with Christmas and crafts. The fonts on the mood board are easy to read and a little free flowing. How will your mood board influence your final product? • The mood board has influence what colour pallet and mood of the final product I will try achieve. It will influence how I address the reader and what font I will use to make the atmosphere more including.

Schedule WEEK OVERALL PLAN SPECIFIC TASKS 1 Research, Initial Response, Audience Research • Think of what I want to make my magazine on • Get lot of detail done in the PowerPoints 2 Production Experiments, Proposal, Planning look over what went well and what didn't’t and get a good overall plan for the production Use sources that I found 3 Production use a good pallet of colours Make sure it has a good text to image ratio 4 Production make sure the text doesn't hurt or strain the eyes Get others opinions 5 Evaluation ask others for there opinions as well as voice what I think I did well and didn't’t
