Rick Konkoskia Jr. is an active and ambitious professional in the food service industry with over 35 years of experience. Starting with the family business in vending, Rick learned the tools of the trade in office coffee, concessions and other micro market industries like self-serve machines. He quickly found that he was good at what he did and after awhile he came to oversee the family business. After successfully working in catering, vending, quick service restaurants, and fine dining, Rick branched out into Restaurant ownership. Continuing to grow, Rick has now partnered with one of the top growing organizations in the country.
