This document provides a sample schedule for a spring cleanse pooping program. It recommends following Option 2 for consecutive days each week, with no poop products on other days. It also suggests mindful ways to increase fiber intake through foods like flaxseed, bran, and fresh vegetables as well as drinks like water and castor oil to aid the detox process and prevent constipation. Superior fiber options mentioned include eating sumac bran, which is gluten-free.
