5. Examples This is an example of an artist producing a digipak. In this digipak the designer has used a key image to portray the bands image to the consumer. The iconic ‘lips’ on the cover of this digipak give the consumer something to relate to when they see the digipak on the shop shelves as they would link the image with the band. The cover has just used the image of the lips for the full cover. This is justified because of the popularity of the band. A lesser known band would need more than just an image and the name of the band and the album name as the artist/band would need publicizing. I would like to be able to just show an image on the front of my Digipak but because my artist is not as widely known as the Rolling Stones I would need more information and a picture of the artist on the front.
