WHICH CHARACTER IN THE MOVIE YOU OBSERVED THAT NEEDS
IMPROVEMENT IN HIS/HER PERSONALITY AND HOW CAN DEVELOP
THE SAME? (M3)
ANS:- From this movie I observed mainly two characters
first person is shashi daughter Swapna & second person is
shashi Husband shathis
Swapna is always tell her mom your ill literature you don’t
know English. She didn’t try to teach her mom. This is the
first improvement need Swapna.
In weeding Swapna was talking with her friend about
some in that time she’s friend tell your Mom is coming.
Then Swapna told she don’t know English no problem. It is
need to change.
Shathis also need improvement his attitude because he is
always disappointing his wife shashi in making laddu &
speaking English.
He never taught how to speak in English. One time She
call excitedly to shathis from U.S about in class shashi got
“Enterapenuer” he told you are preparing laddu in U.S also
it is not good he need improvement about insulting Shashi.

TALK ABOUT THE BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT IN THE MOVIE
WHAT SORT OF TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS HE/SHE WAS
OPTING? (M2)
ANS: - In this movie English vinglish I learn the better time
management from shashi.
Guess shashi seems to be a great time manager. She used
her time well in this movie.
In home she preparing breakfast, lunch for her family
members to going school & office at time.
And also she making laddu for some vacation to sell at
time to deliver.
But she moves to aboard for sister daughter’s marriage
ceremony.
But in such conditions she manages her time to attend her
daily English communication classes.

DISCUSS LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN THE MOVIE? (M1)
• Ans- The leadership qualities are as follows:• Setting objectives,

• Decision making,
• Honesty,

• Empathy,
• Communication skills and social skills.
6. • In this film I hope shashi English teacher DAVID having better
leadership qualities.
• Shashi English teacher explained them; English is an universal
language and who says in aboard “I will not leave in NEWYORK
without learning English”.

One day shashi went aver able to entering in to class. She asking
permission to enter class, she said “I COME”, English Teacher just
turn back and told her to say again, she again said “I COME”.
• David says politely to shashi not ‘I come’ ask “MAY I COME”.
• In that situation he never showed any type of anger on her.

This is one of his best leadership quality.

In that marriage ceremony shashi have a last exam for English
class certificate.

Shashi had no chance to go in that time shashi English teacher
understand her problem and conduct the exam at ceremony.

I think David have leading,influence,motivating others
controlling, stimulating, assert & cooperate

So in this film I observed shashi teacher have so many leadership
qualities.

MOVIE? TALK ABOUT HIS? HER OPEN SELF QUALITIES. (M2)
ANS: - In this move I think Rama Chandra, Big b
(Amitha Buchan), having open self-personality.
In flight shashi seeing movie is in English but she don’t
know meaning about English movie,
At that time big b was understand her feeling then he
translating the English movie in to she knows language
with excitement feelings.
In English classes at U.S Rama Chandra was expressing his
feelings very openly he told I miss my mom & idly without
any shy feelings.

WHAT BARRIERS DID YOU FACE DURING YOUR PROJECT
WORK? HOW CAN IT BE TRANSLATED TO YOUR DESIRED JOB?

ANS- During our project work I face so many Barriers in my
group.
My first barrier is in my group members told to me you
don’t know well English you are not able to face this
project.
And you are not good speaker in English in front of so
many members.
You don’t know how to do project work well.
You don’t take any decision without telling our group.
At that time I fell very badly but I think I want to do it.
In such cases I never take as negative I want to improve
myself.
I want to win about on my Barriers.
In my desired job I will translated my Barriers with positive
thinking.
9. I will understand what Barrier is this and then I will
convert Barrier to my strength.
I act as knowing man in front of my job owner.
I ask openly to higher what is meaning of speaking words.
& what is the work I want to do.

* ANS - Moral values helps very well to improve my inter
personal skill.
* Actually before joining in to Frank Finn my inter personal
behavior is very poor to communicate.
* In my personality I don’t know well moral values to
improve my inter personal relation.
* After joining to Frank Finn in Pd class I understand how I
can use the moral values.
* At that time moral values is very help full to improve my
inter personal relationship.
* Moral values is an effective to improve my inter personal
relations.
