19. MSP Program Service Metrics 7 BCforward tracks 5 major categories of KPI’s for each MSP program we are part of, including activity, quality, speed, cost and compliance. Each category contains multiple individual metrics: Activity Quality Quality metrics are designed to monitor the performance of Bcforward with regards to finding the right candidates for open positions. Activity metrics are designed to monitor the quantity of actions taken by BCforward as part of the program. Compliance Speed Cost Costmetrics are designed to measure the cost saving activities created by Bcforward and passed into the program. Speed metrics are designed to measure the efficiency of Bcforward as part of the program. Compliance metrics are designed to monitor Bcforward compliance with on/off-board requirements and other contractual requirements.
