Industria ISO 14001 accredited. In April 2006 Industria passed the REC Audit inspection which states that our company is a credit to the REC and the reputation of the recruitment industry. We have an extensive pool of skilled candidates and use the Home Office recommended electronic document checker to confirm their eligibility to work in the UK. Industria also hold an unrestricted operators licence for our mini bus services. This guarantees you quality staff, quickly efficiently. IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SUPPORT STAFF SUPPLIED Advertising and Recruitment Procedures • Industria proactively use a wide range of media and other products to source our candidates including: Existing Candidate Database Our New Website News Paper Advertising Advertisement Boards Job Centres / Recruitment Fairs Web Advertising Recommendation All candidates are interviewed ‘face to face’ using Recruitment and Employment Confederation accredited procedures.
  7. 7. Selection Process • When potential candidates have been identified, with the required skills, availability and work eligibility the testing and selection process will take place. All candidates will complete Industria Personnel Services numeracy and literacy aptitude test together with our clients specific personality profile testing. Health Safety Training All candidates who register with Industria also watch our manual handling DVD as a standard part of our office registration process. Briefing and Induction • Prior to supply Industria Personnel Services will work with your management team to draft a briefing sheet/staff handbook out lining terms and conditions of employment. • Once staff are committed to the contract then an on-site site tour and induction can take place.
  8. 8. INCREASING CONTINUITY OF OUR WORKFORCE Employee Care • Industria understand that our workers are our greatest asset. By treating them with respect and care we are able to improve the continuity and retention of our temporary staff. We offer our staff 24 hour contact, we ensure that staff are paid correctly, transport is provided where necessary all staff are contacted at the end of their first shift and weekly (as a minimum) on an ongoing basis. Holiday pay is not included in support staff’s hourly rate but paid in line with the spirit of the Working Time Directive and calculated on a pro-rata basis. Pay Rate and Attendance Bonus • To improve the quality and continuity of staff supplied to our clients an increased pay rate can be proposed this would take the form of an attendance bonus. Team Building and Motivation • To improve motivation and teamwork, each department can be provided with a team leader responsible for ensuring support staff are meeting the production levels required in terms of quality and quantity.
  9. 9. 5. ADDED VALUE MINI BUS SERVICE Good workers are not just ones with their own car! We are the only regional agency who has an unrestricted licence to legally operate our own fleet of coaches and minibuses controlled by our CPC qualified transport manager. We offer a shuttle service for staff that need transport to and from site covering all shifts making sure that the workers arrive promptly. FLT TRAINING FOR STAFF We believe in on going training for our staff…. We offer training to our workers, together with our recruitment partners to help them develop their individual skill base. We fund the training which Gives people incentives to stay with us and demonstrates our commitment to them. DOCUMENT CHECKER Industria have recently acquired the Home Office recommended system, enabling our consultants to check the identification far more accurately for their work eligibility. INDUSTRIA IN-TIME TIMESHEET SYSTEM Industria’s In-Time System provides a complete and comprehensive overview of temporary staff deployment, showing the numbers of staff and the levels of spend for each of your sites. SIMPLE TIMESHEET ENTRY Managers can approve and reject timesheets easily, using a range of convenient approval routes. Automatic alerts remind managers of outstanding timesheets. ACCURATE INVOICING Industria In-Time generates consolidated invoices directly from the original authorised timesheets, which allows us to invoice our clients accurately. MANAGEMENT REPORTS You can use the software to quickly create reports in your preferred formats, by access through your own log-in. The quantity and quality of management information available to you allows us to demonstrate the excellent service we are providing.

VALUE FOR MONEY QUALITY RECRUITMENT SERVICE CHARGE RATES At Industria we ensure the calibre of staff supplied matches our client’s expectations and to promote continuity of staff supplied therefore reducing the total recruitment costs. Charge rates submitted at your request. • Our charge rates are fully inclusive of Holiday pay and employer National Insurance contributions. Negotiable fixed rates for a twelve month period unless there are legislative changes such as WTD, NI and minimum wage. • All support staff are supplied with an agreed temp to perm period of 8 weeks. No charge for introduction will be made after this period is completed. • Our fixed permanent placement ‘success only’ Fee for all levels of staff is 10%. • Our invoicing is carried out on a weekly basis in line with receiving and processing the workers hours. • Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. CLIENT CARE BUSINESS REVIEW PROCEDURES The Service Standard Agreement sets out the agenda for our business review, this includes: • Quality of service provided during the review period. • Calibre of staff supplied • KPI performance. • Estimated staffing levels for the next month/quarter. • Local recruitment information (including pay rates for the local area) • Current Service Standard Agreement. • Any other Business. All issues raised will be implemented immediately, and the Service Standard Agreement amended accordingly. KEY CLIENT CARE • As a Key Client with Industria Personnel Services our clients have an Account Manager appointed and Director level input at all review meetings. This ensures that our client’s will receive the most flexible and pro-active approach Industria Personnel Services can provide.
