1. Dear Human Resources:
I am looking for the opportunity to learn, grow and be a part of a dynamic organization. My skills are very diverse
and include maintaining a large social network of Financial, Information Technology, Educational and Healthcare
professionals. Superior organizational techniques, business requirements, process improvements, a keen ability in
leadership as well as excellent communication and documentation disciplines using client server and legacy
environments associated with change management are strengths exhibited in my career history. I have a dynamic
work ethic with experience in change management, finance system administration, data warehouse, hierarchy
development, database management, balance sheet accounting, accounts receivable aging, accounts payable, profit
and loss analysis, asset management, costing and procurement. Previous positions have reported directly to upper
management as well as third party cross-matrix support by daily telecommunication from my home base and
traveling to client sites regularly.
To further qualify myself I have previously coordinated activities for system process improvements as they related
to relational database functions supported by various clients business initiatives resulting in streamlined workloads
through report writing and graphical data display. I have been engaged with work teams responsible for the creation
of business requirements, system design documents, and technical prototypes as well as communications with
application developers, business management staff, and Information Technology leadership. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), SQL and Oracle experience are just a couple of the skills I
possess. Intranets and the Internet using web page applications are my comfort zones.
Currently I’m a member of Indianapolis Business Professional Exchange and work with DWD Work One,
particularly Patrice Waidner (Work One Career Coach), to further expound upon my experience and diversification
of varied work industries in a rapidly changing world and hone in on a job opportunity I would thoroughly enjoy.
Please review my attached resume and advise the status and time line for when I can expect a face-to-face interview.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Cynthia L. Busick
