Ms. Janke has nearly thirty years of experience in program management, systems analysis, and
project planning in medium- and large-scale enterprise information systems. Ms. Janke has led
or supported several key projects in Government agencies including NCTC and CIA where she is
previously worked on the FRED project. Ms. Janke has also worked with other agencies
including NIAC, DOC, DEA, IRS, HRSA, and HCFA. She is part of the CMMI appraisal team
and a Certified Scrum Master with knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and
Extreme Programming. She has worked with structured and unstructured databases including
Mark Logic and Hadoop. She has managed projects involving modalities, thresholds and
matching of biometric data. She also has experience with XQuery, XML and SQL and has

As Component Lead on the EMF team for the OCELOT contract, Ms. Janke is responsible
developing user stories. She facilitates TEMs and Tag-ups with multiple customers to extract
requirements for each sprint and the sprint backlog.
Novetta, Reston VA Systems Engineer 10/2014 – 6/2015
Fly Wheel – 5/2015 - Present
As Lead SE for the Fly Wheel project, Ms. Janke is responsible for documenting process for procuring
data. She also provides guidance on architecting EC2 instances which allow the analysts and users the
ability to view, provide metrics and process data in the cloud.
RLSI – 10/2014 - Present
As Lead SE for the ED&I team, Ms. Janke is responsible for the ingestion and exposure of multiple
datasets provided to NCTC by downstream customers. She ensures that MOUs are implemented and
updated per the customer. She captures requirements and reviews schemas for each new dataset under
her supervision. Ms. Janke also creates User Stories and Tasks in order to capture needed changes or
steps to process datasets. She creates Process and Workflow diagrams using Visio. She is responsible for
shepherding the user requirements from inception to completion. Prior to each release deployment, Ms.
Janke develops Deployment Checklists with her team and coordinates support from services and DBAs.
She creates virtual and standard I-Plans which are reviewed by the CMB prior to production and gold tag
folders in subversion which the developer will check in the code for deployment. She coordinates
deployments and deployment resources and creates a checklist and release notes for each deployment.

She is responsible for verifying the implementation by reviewing the job’s completion using tools created
for the project She’s also responsible for closing out I-Plans with Post Deployment Reports, ( PDRs)
and Post XXX Reports, (PCRs).
CACI, Fairfax VA CM Specialist 4/2014 – 9/2014
Ms. Janke was a CM Specialist on a mission critical CACI prime project for the intelligence community.
She applied agile methodologies and CMMI best practices to create repeatable and documented processes
to reduce error rates and increase project productivity. Using these best practices, she established a CCB
and a deployment checklist for releases and builds performed by herself and her team. She created branch
and integration builds to deploy to production and other environments for testing and use by end users.
She reviewed Subversion comments in each sprint and compared them against requirements in user
stories for each team. She coordinated deployments and deployment resources and created a checklist
and release notes for each deployment. As a scrum master, she facilitated retrospectives and CCBs.
Ms. Janke led the process of creating naming conventions, documentation guidelines and was
implementing Rally as the project system of record. She created Process Flow diagrams in Visio to
illustrate the standardization of SVN libraries. As well, she was responsible for correcting differences in
configuration files between all environments. She spearheaded the removal of snapshots from builds,
which reduced build time, created artifacts, and created standardized naming conventions. Ms. Janke
established productive working relationships with government managers and subcontractors on the team
which resulted in immediate gains in development productivity and customer satisfaction. Her
improvements to the reporting process were immediately lauded by the customer as improving visibility
into project progress and risk management.
She also wrote a blog for the CACI/FRED newsletter.
Novetta, Reston VA Systems Engineer 6/2010 – 3/2014
Ms. Janke was responsible for facilitating CMBs and daily scrums for EMF. She managed tasks under
the WBS to ensure that contract diamonds were met. She used leading edge configuration management
tools to manage requirements, Service Requests, Change Requests, meeting minutes, project/task
schedules and action items.
She was also responsible for reviewing nightly builds. Using Fisheye, she reviewed commits by
developers on her team and any nightly build failures, in order for them to be addressed at the daily scum.
Ms. Janke has worked as a systems engineer on various tasks for NCTC on the RLSI project. She was the
liaison between the developers, government staff and other services. She conducted User Focus Groups to
display new functionality and gather requirements from stakeholders and users.
She gathered information from users that were then used to create User Stories along with functional
requirements, data mappings and integration requirements between services and applications. She was

responsible for shepherding the user requirements from inception to completion. She demonstrated
progressive functionality at weekly User Focus Group meetings and wrote simple queries using
XQUERY to help satisfy ad hoc changes requested by the customer.
Prior to each release deployment, Ms. Janke participated in Integration Checklist meetings for the
application and created the list of user stories and related descriptions for the release notes. During
deployment she remained on site to ensure comprehensive testing in the production environment.
She has performed duties of Scrum Master at the scrum of scrums and in her daily scrums with her
features team. She was responsible for leading her features team through each sprint and ensuring that all
User Stories were validated prior to deployment.
Ms. Janke was also a Performance Manager for Novetta and was responsible for Performance Reviews

GreenTec-USA, Inc., Senior Analyst/Project Mgr 3/2009 – 5/2010

Ms. Janke managed severalcontracts which required installation and maintenance of high performance
servers for private industry and the federalgovernment. She ran scrums, interfaced with customers to
document and prioritize Change Requests and supervise debugging. She was responsible for LOE and
resources for each task within the WBS.
The effort entailed managing the installation and maintenance team. She was also responsible for
creating schedules for each contract task and insuring that all schedule dates were met. Ms. Janke’s other
responsibilities for Green-Tec included business development and proposal writing.
CSSS.NET, Washington DC Project Mgr/Support Analyst/ Sr. Engineer 1/2007 – 2/2009
Project Manager/Support Analyst (12/2008 – 02/2009) –Ms. Janke worked with the Cyber Security,
Enterprise Operations and Management Information Technology Services (MITS) Divisions of the IRS
on a project to transition multiple IRS enterprise servers and related assets to a single IRS business unit.
This effort entailed managing a team which gathered asset information from the divisions (e.g. servers,
employees, contracts and software) and facilitated meetings between IRS business divisions and MITS to
develop transition plans. She provided management support for the customer using MS Project and
created and managed a Project Schedule which included the WBS with LOE, milestones and resources.
She was responsible for presenting findings to IRS Executive Management and then monitoring and
facilitating the transitions using appropriate metrics.
Sr. Engineer (02/2006 – 11/2008) –Ms Janke led the requirements collection and analysis effort for key
HRSA developments including systems supporting the Bureau of Primary Care (BPHC). Ms. Janke
applied the processes of CMMI and PMBOK methodology to this task. She also worked with contractors
and Government PMs to coordinate build and release schedules for each sprint. She was responsible for
leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring that UAT feedback was incorporated into
subsequent development spirals. She reviewed and created system and security documents including
Contingency Plans, Risk Assessments, User Manuals, UAT Scripts, project schedules and timelines. She
was responsible for creating executive summary documents and presentations for HRSA senior
management. She wrote procedures and plans, collected artifacts, and participated as part of the appraisal

Project Manager -
Ms Janke was also responsible for planning and managing the migration of all the Nursing Information
System (NIS) applications and database servers to new environments and the decommissioning of legacy
servers. She reviewed the migration and contingency plans for NIS, identified timelines and critical path
milestones, and approved the configuration and implementation of the new replacement servers.

Ms. Janke implemented the PrimeCare and Nursing Information Systems for HRSA. She applied CMMI
methodology, PMBOK best practices and Spiral Software Development Process to develop and re-
engineer these systems from Visual Basic 6.0 into a modern .NET environment. Both systems use MS
SQL Server 2000 back ends. She was responsible for creating and updating all management
documentation for the applications including the Project Work Plan and Milestone Schedule, Risk
Assessment, EVM, Contingency and Backup Plans, and Security Documentation and Questionnaires.
She was also responsible for reviewing plans for the decommissioning of legacy hardware and
reconfiguration of new servers.

Alexandria, VA Senior DB Specialist
Ms. Janke provided database design expertise to HRSA for conversion of their M204 database system to a
PC-based Visual Basic/MS SQL Server 7.0 system for the BPHC and Division of Shortage Designation
(DSD). The BPHC system utilized Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe software. She guided HRSA
technical staff in developing system specifications, created the MS SQL 7.0 database, and was involved
with ongoing database administration functions. Utilizing rapid prototyping and JAD techniques, Phase I
of the system implementation was successfully completed and implemented within a very compressed
customer time schedule. She improved extraction performance by 100 percent in the National Provider
System (NPS).
On a previous assignment at HCFA, Ms. Janke provided data quality and/or evaluation for several
Medicare component organizations. She supported the data collection, V&V, and conversion efforts for
Part A & B Medicare Standard Systems Maintainers and Operational Sites (Provider data), the Office of
the Inspector General (sanction data), the HCFA Standards Quality Board for the Bureau of Program
Operations (clinical lab data), the National Clearinghouse (medical equipment suppliers data), and the
HCFA Registry.
