IPIAM, incorporated on 12th December 2012, stands for International Property
Investment and Assets Management
IPIAM recognizes the importance of the real estate sector as the economic engine and
catalyst of growth in every nation, including Malaysia.
This vital sector supports hundreds of industries in employment bringing progress and
prosperity to our Country.
To complement and / or fulfill these needs, The IPIAM Group was set up to be scalable

Whilst IPIAM's business focus is in real estate, we are cognizant of our
Corporate Social Responsibility. In this endeavor, the Real Estate
Foundation was deliberately set up to assist young graduates aspiring to
pursue a career in real estate investment and assets management.
The Foundation also serves to help the deserving poor to own properties.
To date, the Foundation has over 500 members and growing.
