Harcourts Commercial Gold Coast Wins Big
Earlier this week, Joseph Codianni of the Harcourts Commercial Gold Coast office was honoured for his achievements over the
past 12 months by being presented with first place in the Top Commercial Sales Consultant category at Harcourts
Queensland’s Annual Awards night.
This is the fourth year in a row that Mr Codianni has taken home the title of Top Commercial Sales Consultant, an
achievement which is testament to his hard work, dedication and passion for commercial real estate.
Mr Codianni was also presented with the Top Auction Lister and Top Marketing Budget awards across Harcourts Queensland’s
residential, rural and commercial divisions.
Mr Codianni is the Business Owner of Harcourts Commercial Gold Coast and has enjoyed a long and successful career in the
commercial real estate industry.
With a commitment to excellence, Mr Codianni is dedicated to achieving the very best results for his clients, no matter how
big or small.
Since Harcourts Commercial joined with NAI Global to form NAI Harcourts in 2010, Mr Codianni has been aggressively
marketing Gold Coast and Queensland commercial properties internationally in countries including China, Singapore, UK, US,
Russia and South Africa.
At present, Mr Codianni is marketing two hotel properties owned by two of his Asian clients that are seeking to dispose of
asset that are no longer required in their portfolio, as well as an egg farm and cattle station in far north Queensland with a
possible combined sale price around $28 million.
Aaron Brooks, Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Queensland, is incredibly proud of Mr Codianni’s achievements and was
pleased to honor him at this week’s black tie awards function.
“Joseph is an outstanding real estate professional and is consistently one of Harcourts Queensland’s top performers.
“I’m incredibly proud that he is part of our group and look forward to celebrating his future successes in the years to come,”
Mr Brooks said.
Mr Brooks is confident that this year’s Harcourts Queensland Annual Awards ceremony was one of the best yet and provided
the chance to celebrate the team’s success in times of adversity and change.
“Since the Queensland floods earlier this year, the state’s property market has become quite unpredictable with property
prices softening somewhat.
6. “As an organisation, we have relied very much on one another for support, and on our collective courage and resilience to
find a sense of opportunity and optimism.”
“We are now seeing the light after the storm, and I commend Harcourts Queensland as a whole for their courage and hard
work in a time of change and challenge.”
“At the Annual Awards night, I was pleased to see the Harcourts Queensland team standing together strong, confident and
tremendously excited about the opportunities that 2011 will continue to deliver,” Mr Brooks said.

AN AWARD for Harcourts Commercial Gold Coast business owner Joseph Codianni is a
credit to his company and his own passion, he said.
Mr Codianni was last week honoured for his achievements during the past 12 months with first place
in the top commercial sales consultant category at Harcourts Queensland’s annualawards night.
Mr Codianni has now picked up the award for four consecutive years and said it was “pretty
awesome”. “It’s due to the fact we’re advertising not only throughout the Gold Coast but
internationally, with Asian, Russian and Arab clients,” he said.
“With the last contract I won I had to fly to Singapore to meet with a client’s board of directors, and
the benefit of meeting them face-to-face meant they could see my character and passion and know
that they were employing me and not just a brand name.
” He said the fact Harcourts Commercial belonged to MAI Global – the third largest commercial-only
company in the world – which during 2009 and 2010 had dealt with just under $50 billion worth of
contracts said a lot.
15. I just got back from Henan Province in Zhengzhou China after been invited to attend the 6th
China Henan
International Investment and Trade Fair. Our Company NAI Harcourts Commercial through Australia
Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce (Melb) through my friend, Ross Mercorillo Chairman AAPCC and NAI
Commercial Melbourne, were the only Australian real estate company representing Australia.
We met with the heads of Government and Officials in Henan Province which has a population of approx.
100 Million. We have formed a massive alliance and trust with the people and industry leaders of Henan
Province and the doors are now open for us to progress more serious talks and introduction into the
Commercial investor/developer groups.
At the Opening of the 6th
China Henan Province Trade Fair and Expo I was fortunate enough to be
interviewed by one of the Chinese Television stations to make comments on the visit and the Australia China
relations.
I also performed a magic show for the Chinese delegates including Minister for Foreign Affairs and
Trade, Madam Dong pictured and Government officials.
