DTE SCHOOL PRPJECT REPORT

As you know that each and every official from top to bottom are taking part in UPE ,Our worthy Secretary School
Education / Progrmme Director DSD and senior officials have been allotted a District for improvement,
PD DSD directed all of you to participate in this national cause through DTEs . This task must be taken as Project
manner namely DTE School project. Each DTE will select one school having the following defficiencies :
Enrollment is less than 20 / 30 %
Poor PEC result less that 20 to 30 %
Poor Educational environement
Poor community participation
Poor school management
This school will be monitored with the collaboration of Disctrict Education Management i.e AEOs/Dy DEOs and decide
the quality of work and improvement
The best DTE will be declared on 1-6-2014
Please help DTE to remove the deffieciences with your visionary efforts and convert your school in to the best DTE
schools with the following:
Enrollment of school should be 50% increased from the date of start
and copy of Dakhil and Kharge may be made ,
picture of school before and after may be ensured.
Make good educational environment with low cost, no cost material ,
walls should be decorated ,
Ground should be decorated with national Flag ,
boundary wall should be decorated with colured flages ,
students competition in sports.
Make school management good with discipline ,
students uniform,cleanliness, home task should be checked , teachers diaries may be updated.
Community participation may be ensured with old students , political REPs , get donation for schools improvement and
give them ownership
Move forward for national cause and serve the nation-

As you know that each and every official from top to bottom are taking part in UPE ,Our worthy Secretary School Education / Progrmme Director DSD and senior officials have been allotted a District for improvement, PD DSD directed all of you to participate in this national cause through DTEs . This task must be taken as Project manner namely DTE School project. Each DTE will select one school having the following defficiencies : Enrollment is less than 20 / 30 % Poor PEC result less that 20 to 30 % Poor Educational environement Poor community participation Poor school management This school will be monitored with the collaboration of Disctrict Education Management i.e AEOs/Dy DEOs and decide the quality of work and improvement The best DTE will be declared on 1-6-2014 Please help DTE to remove the deffieciences with your visionary efforts and convert your school in to the best DTE schools with the following: Enrollment of school should be 50% increased from the date of start and copy of Dakhil and Kharge may be made , picture of school before and after may be ensured. Make good educational environment with low cost, no cost material , walls should be decorated , Ground should be decorated with national Flag , boundary wall should be decorated with colured flages , students competition in sports. Make school management good with discipline , students uniform,cleanliness, home task should be checked , teachers diaries may be updated. Community participation may be ensured with old students , political REPs , get donation for schools improvement and give them ownership Move forward for national cause and serve the nation- Regards INSTRUCTION GIVEN BY DSD ABOUT DTE SCHOOL PROJECT
