Introduction:
The topic is about the benefits and potential risks of using ICT in Early Childhood
Education. Then, I will talk about what and how to teach children technology with
the use of ICT. Finally, I will justify the rationale of using ICT for young children’s
learning experience.
Suggestion on using ICT how to support learning and teaching children:
I suggest using ICT to support learning and teaching process in the children
technology about the visit country park of activity. When teachers require children
to use the digital camera to take photos, then they must do the work paper about
the country park of process. In the process of visit, teachers will give a camera for
children. In the revisit, teacher will teach children how to use the camera to take a
photo. After that, they must teach children hoer to take photos and how to use the
camera. When they can know the camera function and then they may take photos
or movies with the recording. Finally, children must go to school when they shall
have their own opinions and photos.
The recording can remind children what they did wrong. But teachers fantasize
about money, and they will teach children how to use the camera and what are the

benefits of the camera. After the explanation, children will have a chance to try at
school after they understand it and they will use the camera more smoothly when
they visit the countryside.
In addition, the photos and videos recorded during the children's visit to country
parks will be compiled by teachers and they will be more confident when they see
their work and they will feel happy and successful. At the same time, the teacher
recorded the behavior and findings of different children during their observation.
This will enable children to know that technology has great functions. It not only can
shoot, but can also record video.
Benefits and potential risks of using ICT in Early Childhood Education:
The benefits of using in early childhood education are that it can support child
development and their early learning, literacy development, mathematical thinking
and problem solving skills, the development of controlling and planning skills, and
children from diverse cultural or language backgrounds. However, they must be
control the developmental of appropriate because ICT have potential risk.

Justification on the rationale of using ICT:
As the society is gradually adopting electronic IT products, the old products are
ignored. However, children should not rely solely on information technology tools
in their studies. Old products which do not belong to information technology are
replaced by new tools, such as iPods, interactive whiteboards. These can also help
us to learn and provide help. Our use of IT products is only a quick and easy
replacement. However, it cannot be used as a product not previously classified as
information technology. In the study of children, we should retain some things they
have personally experienced to learn and experience, cannot rely on information
technology as their own place to go. For example, if you are going to a place for
reworking, ICT tools will let you know what facilities and other photographs are
available at this place…… However, we cannot substitute for visits for this place.
Children can record their photos through their cameras and write down their own
words as their own records. Instead of using the traditional learning materials, they
can diversify their use.
In addition, he also intends to have an access to information technology electronic
products in his life experience. Therefore, under the guidance of his teachers, he
can further promote children's understanding of technology and learning. Plus,

according to Einstein's pedagogical arrangements, there should be an attempt to
actually learn and children have the opportunity to experience the real world so that
they have a positive and independent way of thinking, exploring and expressing their
ideas and ideas. So that electronic products can indeed attract children to learn
and guide the driving force of children.
In the meantime, products that were, and indeed do not exist, of these ICT tools
have been invented or used in ICT. It does bring us convenience. Teachers can use
the camera to help children explore when teaching their knowledge of science and
technology. Estimated in the future, the camera belongs to the electronic products,
which will be used on the ICT's electronic products. It is because kindergartens or
teachers will use the camera to record. So in the process, the teacher can teach
children to learn by shooting or understanding, and the camera is sometimes a very
common electronic product.
To conclude,
Children use the ICT tools products have potential benefits and risks in early
childhood education such as improve their development for children learning or
discovering when using appropriate or effective ICT. However, the potential risks

will effects their physical development. I want to use ICT to support learning and
teaching process in teaching children technology. I suggest the activity about the
use digitals camera to take photos of visit Country Park.
It is because these benefits can improve their development for children learning or
discovering when using appropriate or effective ICT. On the other hand, ICT can
improve their learning; when they are interested in learning and make their
motivation to learn. Therefore, ICT is one of the key areas of learning in early
childhood education for children. However, the risk about can get some bad
information or contain an inappropriate gender, cultural or social stereotypes by ICT
for children. Then, children will be imitating the network behavior.
