Position: Area Engineer Utilities

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership and commitment to HSE and Process safety.
Provide visible coaching of SEIC and contractor staff. Raise awareness of staff in preparation of shutdowns
through HSE forums and HSE meetings.
Develop specific HSE planning for planned maintenance in responsible plant areas and participate in contractor’s
meeting and communicate HSE related information.
Rise HSE and technical awareness of own team through weekly technician meeting. Lead HSE incident
investigation.
Ensure MIE (Maintenance Integrity Execution) program implementation and support management to sustain the
asset safe and reliable. Assist with and promote on job training in order to achieve proactive maintenance execution.
Coach and lead a multi-national team of technicians.
Coordinate maintenance tasks and take responsibility to support in work preparation, planning and implementing

Position: Shutdown (Turnaround) Engineer
Inclusive date: January 2010 – August 2013
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ownership of HSE planning. Coordinate HSE mandatory and company specific requirements
within Shutdown integrated team (HSE department, disciplines, and contractors). Facilitate HSE activities during
Shutdown preparation, implementation and post shutdown activities: Job Hazard Analysis, HSE briefing, Shutdown
HSE inspection, Lessons Learned. Carry out contractor/subcontractor HSE assessment prior to tender board.
Collate Maintenance and Reliability scope of work. Review and coordinate Shutdown relevant backlogs. Ensure
work orders are coded correctly in CMMS (Support, Administration and Planning software), task descriptions are
relevant to the actual being performed and estimated hours are accurate. Identify changes in work scope – new work,
approved by Shutdown Manager and Asset Manager.
Identify and highlight all resources associated with Shutdown scope of work. Develop a plan with resource
estimation for inclusion in the Shutdown Staffing (Manpower) Plan.
Monitor progress against plan and provide feedback to the Shutdown Planner. Update maintenance and Integrity
data in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System, SAP). Confirm own operation activities in work
orders to ensure progress against milestones.
Identify and coordinate logistics needs for Shutdown activities and follow up on materials/spare parts orders.
Coordinate and control materials receipt from warehouse. Prepare spares required for equipment inspection and
overhaul. Maintain shutdown equipment/materials in proper condition and at required quantity in Shutdown
Warehouse.
Prepare work packs for own activities and ensure all Shutdown relevant work packs are compiled and issued prior to
the Shutdown execution. Coordinate with the shift Superintendant/Supervisor for hazards identification and setting
of appropriate controls.
Prepare Permits to Work for all Shutdown activities to ensure safe execution of work. Sign up quality and handover
documents (Box-up certificate, Bolt tensioning checklist, Handover checklist)
Supervise contractor/subcontractor work force in the field. Act as PA (Performing Authority) during Shutdown
preparation, execution and post shutdown activities. Ensure safe, within budget and good quality output in
accordance with company expectations, plans and procedures.
Achievement
HSE – CEO Award for excellent performance and valued contribution in MCHE (Main Cryogenic
Heat Exchanger) repair under BA condition.
Maintenance - Contributed through work preparation, scheduling and execution to Reduce duration of
CI (Combustion Inspection) Flange-to-Flange activity from 72 hrs to 48 hrs (4shifts x 12hrs) on Frame-5 Gas
Turbine.
Shutdowns in 2010 – 2013 were completed in time, within budget and without LTI and Environmental impact.
Personal – Acting for Shutdown Manager at night shift and take overall responsibilities for shut down execution
in 2012 and 2013.
Position: HSE Officer (Lead team)

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance of all relevant HSE requirements in the company. Assist and advise to Operation team and HSE
Manager on all aspects of Russian Legislative Safety Standards, Shell EP Standards and best practices. Control
Permit to Work System (ISSOW) to ensure strict compliance. Assist on review and evaluation of proposed changes
on the existing company procedures.
Monitor activities at the Plant including inspections and reporting.
Lead Company and Contractor’s Safety meetings. Attend daily Operations meeting to highlight safety issues across
the Management and Head of disciplines. Risk Assessment of incident reported. Investigate the root cause and
analyze the effectiveness of control measures to be taken. Facilitate HAZID of high risk activities such as planned
shutdown of plant equipment in order to reduce the risk to “As Low As Reasonably Practicable”. SAP knowledge
and skills.
Develop asset HSE Plan and shutdown HSE plan. Lead STOP (Safety Training Observation Program) and HSE
Forum improving Company safety culture and courage people to maintain free injury work place based on safe
behavior and intervention.
Provide trainings for Company and Contractors personnel. Educate and train personnel on safe practice of work in
accordance with the Plant specific requirements.
Coordinate and assist to manage the following safety aspects: Road safety, Emergency response and Fire safety.
Achievement
Established strong HSE relationship within the Asset and achieved CALCULATIVE level of safety culture.
Achieved 1 000 000 man/hours without LTI.

Responsibilities:
Provide trainings for the Client SEIC, CTSD and Sub-Contractor personnel. Educate and trained personnel to attain
maximum knowledge on high-level risk activities in the plant. Prepare training schedules and carry out duties in
accordance with the project requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with the Management to promote educational programs to uphold Safety Awareness and
Policies. Advise recommendation and actions to improve Safety Awareness Program.
Evaluate performance, compliance and effectiveness towards training methods and instilling total commitment to
everyone for Safe work practices within this Industry.
Position: HSE Coordinator
Inclusive date: March 2005 – December 2007
Responsibilities:
Ensure the compliance of all relevant HSE requirements on the job site. Assist and advise HSE Manager on all
aspects of Russian Legislative Safety Standards and Shell Project Standards. Managed and control Permit System to
Work to ensure strict compliance. Assist on review and evaluation of proposed changes on the existing project
procedures and regulations.

Hazardous Areas for Commissioning and Start-up activities.
Attend safety meetings for contractors. Participate in daily coordination meetings and investigations of incidents and
accidents, professional illnesses and alike. Investigates the root cause and analyze the effectiveness of the control
measures to be taken. Perform risk assessment and job safety analysis.
An active Member of Emergency Response Team specialized on structural and confined space retrieval and
rescue operation and a Voluntary Fire Team Member.

Responsibilities:
Perform works related to supervision and management of the maintenance complex and personnel: lead and manage
the shift team of the maintenance shop (20 persons). Daily monitoring and inspections of the machines and
equipment in controlled areas of the Plant. Prepare the schedules for maintenance and repair works of the process
equipment and record keeping required by Company and RF Legislation.
Involve in Construction, Commissioning and Start-up of the process equipment during expansion works of the Plant.
