JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Calendar Management, Co-ordination with various Departments / Zone Offices (internal &
external), Travel Management, Consolidation of Email correspondence & Admin. for COO
 Administrative In-charge for authorization, operations and administration of the approvals on
behalf of COO
 Spearheading all general administration and allied statutory compliances
 Instrumental in policy formulation, defining SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the
department, vendor management, contracts negotiations and finalization of the parties
 Strategizing, creating & revaluating the policies to curtail expenses, time & optimization of
output keeping in view the holistic approach
 Playing an active role in Man Power Planning, Mapping and proper implementation of HR
policies and revaluating the HR policies as and when required
 Facility Management – Monitoring the Service Department which takes care of
Housekeeping, Guest House & Vehicle Management
 Due diligence of the documents that needs the approval of the COO as per the Authorization
Matrix
 Monitoring of MIS, Audit reports and preparation of BOD’s report as and when required
 Management of land banks at more than 80 locations & 10 Site Offices across pan India
 Given additional responsibility of Marketing vertical for the functions in terms of Market
Research, Creative Design, Printing of Brochure and other marketing activities
 Managed Event Management for Bhoomi Poojan, project launching and possession handover
ceremonies in addition to site visits of top delegation on behalf of COO’s Office
BANGALORE ZONAL OFFICE: November 2010 – May 2012
Zonal Head – HR & Admin (PA to Zonal Head) : reporting to Zonal Head – South. Key
responsibilities include:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
 Responsible for all HR functions/compliances & activities for Zonal Office & sites
 Induction of new entrants
 Completion of joining, exit & retirement formalities for the employees
 Salary revision/increment as per annual assessment of the employee
 Advising and monitoring the statutory and legal compliances for employees
 Reassessment of existing organizational structure to increase productivity and optimizing
headcount for the Zone
 Systematic implementation of PMS system & other policies which laid down by the Head
Office in Zone & Sites
