1. SUSTAIN, EXPAND AND REVITALIZE ACADEMIC PROGRAMS, continuing to connect them to
career and community
– MOVE OFFICE OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT TO FACULTY AREA
1. CREATE AND IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN to increase the
resources and budget for LAC
– MAKE BETTER USE OF OUR LIMITED RESOURCES
1. INCORPORATE CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY ACROSS THE CAMPUS for students, faculty,
staff, and the community
– MEDIA ROOM MOVED INTO THE COMMONS FOR STUDENT USE
1. IMPROVE GETTING, KEEPING & SUPPORTING STUDENTS, from first “touch” through

– CREATE A “STUDENT CENTERED” CAMPUS
