My Career goal is to meet the needs of students and to assist in the personal and professional growth of each member of
the organization. My personal belief is that all students should have high quality leaders and teachers and a rigorous
curriculum to promote and engage critical thinking and learning skills to prepare students for success in the 21st Century.
Instructional and Organizational Leadership
 Reviewed and examined teacher data and standardized test scores assisting APC in creating the Master Schedule
ensuring that students were properly placed based on their present and past test scores and academic records.
 Mentoring new teachers and developing professionals through the Districts Apples Program; Evaluating and
monitoring teacher performance using walk-through and formal assessment instruments
 Providing leadership in establishing and maintaining a positive school-wide climate through regular positive
interactions with stakeholders
 Co-facilitating (principal and assistant principal) school-wide assemblies and evening events such as: Freshmen
Open House Orientation, school wide Open House and Senior Award Assemblies; designed and created all the
necessary advertising promotions, brochures and award certificates
