• Knowledgeof BATHOPELE Principles
• Filling:sortingthe documentandZ1 leave applicationformsin alphabetical orderandmake
sure that the Persal numbersare clearon the leave formbefore puttingtheminthe file.
• Managing document:openingincomingandoutcomingmail,recordand prioritize all docs
receivedanddispatched,trackingandfollow upandfinalizationof document
• Distribute inandoutgoingmail
• Answeringphone ,faxing,makingcopiesandcheckingemailsondailybasis
• Once a monthdostock takingfor stationary
• Collectingandupdatingleave stats.
