OVERVIEW Background  Prototyping an early engagement leadership model for Lundquist College of Business since 2009  Model for leadership & development connects pieces of the student experience for optimal growth in curricular and non- curricular areas.  Built a methodical process to capture value in all areas of student identity: personal, professional, academic and athletic Goal:  Bridge high- performance culture from athletic arena into personal and pre-professional development to enhance women’s athletic experiences.
