5. Launching of NASA
Established in October 1,1958.
After world war-II there was a cold war between USA and RUSSA.
A broad contest was there among aligned and nonaligned over space.
That this field became space race.
American president declare the International Geophysical Year (IGY)
for the period, July 1, 1957 to December 31, 1958.
Soviets launched Sputnik 1, the world's first artificial satellite as its
IGY entry.
It had pearl harbor effect on Americans, and this thing produced
stimulus to work in Aeronautics field.
