constructability reviews from concept stage onwards through detailed
engineering phases.

project at site in the targeted .time frame by using efficient construction as
well as HSE practices.
4. Management of contracts to ensure work execution and release of payment
as per the terms of the contract from owner & also expediting for the timely
payments to the sub contractor from in house departments.
5. To control site activities and contract communications. Review of quality
plans and to minimize non compliance by contractors.
6. Familiar with latest construction practices for hydrocarbon projects. Provide
technical guidance to the Team and support the Project Construction Head.
7. To manage the Quality, NDT requirements to the best satisfaction standards
of the Client & Owner.
8. Giving various Inputs from site to Engineering in planning and cost control
aspects.
9. Continuously strive towards achieving zero accident status through
elimination of unsafe conditions by carrying out Job Risk Assessment reviews,
Hazard identification and their closure, raising employee

through behavioural based HSE initiatives like various programs through
PULSE MODULES.

2. Health Safety & Environment:
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, Job safety Analysis, Corporate/Site
safety Plan/policies, mobilisation of safety & Emergency Infrastructure are
displayed at proper places, Daily Tool box talks, Job specific tool box. Hazard
identifications & closure, Statistics including safe man hours completed,
consumption & wastage, Safety items in stock, Monthly safety meet with the staff
& sub contractors, ensuring safety triangle is in shape etc.,

48 Hours of receipt and are reviewed/signed on daily basis, on job tool box talks

Receipt, Issue and return Vouchers are logged on daily basis & ensuring issued

Monitoring records of DRR/ MRR/ ESDR/IMIRs.
Reconciliation on quarterly basis from the sub contractor.

Area Grading, Bench Marking for the Elevations and coordinate Piling,
Excavations, Bar bending/Schedule, Shuttering, Concreting for all polygon
shapes (with/without foundation Bolts/Sleeves) for Pipe Rack, Stack,
Equipments, Technological Structures, Reservoirs, Laying of water barrier/Geo
membrane, M.S. Tank Pad Foundations, Circular ring beams, slip form
construction for stack etc.
