1. Secondary and Higher secondary at Madras Christian College Higher Secondary
School, Chennai.
2. B.Sc. (Dairy Technology) from SMC College of Dairy Science, Anand (1990).
3. M.Sc. (Dairy Technology) with Dairy Microbiology as Minor Subject from SMC
College of Dairy Science, Anand (1993-94). Obtained ICAR Fellowship through
national level examination conducted by Govt. of India for pursuing Post
Graduation in the subject Dairy Technology.
4. Cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) in the Subject of Dairy Technology,
(Eligibility for Assistant Professorship in the subject Dairy Technology) conducted
by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board and the ICAR, Government of India.

Work Experience
At Amul Dairy ,Anand
1. Responsible for Quality Assurance activity and Research and development
activities.
2. Products specialization: Cheeses, Paneer, Milk, Butter, Ghee, flavored milk,
Milk powder(s), Dahi, Buttermilk, Ice Cream etc.
3. Undergone intensive training program in processing of milk and manufacture
of Gouda Cheese at PTC, Oenkerk, Holland.
4. Responsible for maintaining PFA / FSSAI, BIS, EIA, ISO-22000 and other
statutory requirements.
5. Training Staff in Food Safety Management according to CODEX requirements,
ISO 9001-2000, ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 14000 .
6. Functioned as team Leader of organization and also lead Quality Module in
SAP in first phase in implementation and presently also looking after SAP
activities and other required activities of the AMUL organization.
7. Involved in various new projects such as in milk operations at Batala,Virar,
Pune and Chennai
8. Functioning as head of operations as Manager (Chennai Operations) to
establish Amul Milk and fresh milk products in Chennai since April 2016.

1. Over 11 years of work experience in Production, Quality Systems, Students
Training In charge, Staff training, Engineering and Energy Conservation as
sectional Incharge.
2. Management Representative since 1998 for HACCP and Quality
Systems.Attended and presented several training programmes and workshops
in Food safety and Quality Systems, SQC and HRD.
3. Directly involved in Development of Emmental Cheese with Swizz Company,
Emmi International and NDDB, Amul Mozzarella Cheese with Pepsico, and
Frozen Diced Paneer with NDDB at Vidya Dairy.
4. Worked with Bernard Horton, FAO consultant in UF/RO for effective
utilization of Cheese Whey at Vidya Dairy , Project of NDDB.
5. Conduct training programmes and deliver Lectures on ISO,TQM,Codex
Principles of Food Safety,HACCP etc.,in reputed industries and academic
institutions at various Amul Co-op Unions,IRMA,NDDB etc.,
6. Act(ed) as External examiner in B.Tech (DT) course of SMC College of dairy
Science AAU and B.Tech (Food Technology) of Sardar Patel Univ.,Gujarat.
7. Attended various courses and seminars at institute of Repute like IRMA-
Anand, IIQM-Jaipur, NDDB-Anand with respect to Quality, Food safety,

Products specialization: Cheeses, Paneer, Milk, Butter, Ghee, flavored milk, Milk powder(s), Dahi, Buttermilk, Ice Cream etc. 3. Undergone intensive training program in processing of milk and manufacture of Gouda Cheese at PTC, Oenkerk, Holland. 4. Responsible for maintaining PFA / FSSAI, BIS, EIA, ISO-22000 and other statutory requirements. 5. Training Staff in Food Safety Management according to CODEX requirements, ISO 9001-2000, ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 14000 . 6.
