International Monetary
Fund (IMF) and the World

Board of Governors’ of IMF
and the World Bank, leads
the Indian delegation to
these meetings. Dr.

Economic Affairs and Dr.
Arvind Subramanian, Chief
Economic Adviser (CEA)
and other senior officials
are also part of the Indian
delegation.
During his visit, the
Finance Minister Shri Arunn
Jaitley will be addressing
the meetings of
Commonwealth Finance
Ministers and G-20 Finance
Ministers and will be speak-
ing at the Ministerial Panel
on Climate Finance. Shri
Jaitley will also hold bilater-
al meetings with President,
World Bank and the Finance
Ministers of other countries.
The key issues of discus-
sion during the World Bank
meeting are the role of
World Bank and the
International Monetary Fund
(IMF) to support the 2030
agenda for Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs),
shareholding review of the
World Bank and changes in
the financing structures of
International Development
Agency (IDA). In addition,
the recent developments in
the global economy.

Minister of Road Transport
& Highways and Shipping
Shri Nitin Gadkari has
emphasized the need to
put in place an action ori-
ented plan to bring down
the number of road acci-
dents in the country.
Inaugurating a two day
Regional Conference of the
International Road
Federation (IRF) in New
Delhi today, the Minister
said that a multi-pronged
approach is required to
tackle the issue of road
safety. While on one hand
we need to build roads that
are safe, with proper place-
ment of curbs, under-pass-
es and safety features for
pedestrians, he said the
automobile industry also
needs to pitch in with effec-
tive safety measures in the
vehicles they produce. The
minister also stressed upon
the importance of educat-
ing the public about their
roles in ensuring road safe-
ty, and said that celebrities
could be involved in such
awareness campaigns. Shri
Gadkari said that the pro-
posed, modified Motor
Vehicles Act would go a
long way in making Indian
roads safer in an effective
and transparent manner.

Reservation in India is the process of setting aside
a certain percentage of seats(vacancies) in govern-
ment Institutions for member of Backward and
Under-represented communities.Such as Tribes
and some low caste people.some percentage of
society are spending luxuries life just because of
Quota. Struggle has become an essential part of
general category .who are not the part of Reserved
group of the society .leader of our county says to
treat equally to all who are the part of our society
they may be of Social caste(sc), Social tribe's(st)
and Other backward caste(OBC). But they them-
selves doesn't treat all the people of the society
equally.
If all the caste and tribes are equal so why the
boundaries of Reservation is built by the
Government.
Why the system of Quota is imparted on some
groups of our society are they not capable of com-
peting the general people are they not having talent
to crack Government exams in few attempts are
they not having capacity to bring the percentage if
marks which is required to take admissions in
Government Institutions.
If the custom of reservation is not removed from the
Society then the day is not far when India will
become a Hub for educated unemployed students.
In India 49.5% of seats are reserved for Social
caste(sc) ,Social tribe's(St) and Other backward
caste(OBC).Only 50.5%of seats are left vacant for
General category people for which All India
Examination is held .If this will be the condition then
where will the General category people survive .If
half the seats will be reserved by the low caste and
tribal people then then the condition of General cat-
egory people will like an employee working under
British government as a slave in his/her own coun-
try .All should appear for Competitive examination
and should try to prove oneself. Rather then sitting
at home and thinking of luxuries life without any
effort.
Caste based Reservation is a divisive tactics to
divide the majority community and create commit-
ted vote banks .This along with Secularism is only a
decay to fool the people .Even after 65years
,Reservation &Secularism, are practiced in India
,this system have changed the living standards of
some part of Dalits who are Government Servants
or the Minority communities .How can we accept a
student who just scored minimum percentage of
marks which is required to just pass a class and got
a good post in bank. How can he/she maintain him-
self with his partners who secured good percentage
of marks and qualified in competitive examination
and then became eligible to seat in that post. I even
think that rising corruption is due to Reservation,
because incompetent,inefficient and underving per-
sons are filling slots in the Government. Even elec-
trol system is corrupted because of reserved seats.
So according to my point of view Government
should Scrap the provisions of Reservation and
make uniform law for everyone in this Country. One
country,One law should be created which will be
Equal for all.

gramme of 'Swachch Bharat
Mission' (SBM) after its year-long
drive, general awareness for

ries and increasing commitment
to the cleanliness indicate that it
is not a paper tiger project.
Profiling the mission and its
accomplishments, not only offi-
cials but many social institutions
and other bodies, involved in the
mission, flag piles of data.
Statistics, they say, do not matter
in such a gigantic task which has
picked a natural momentum .
Now , more and more people and
government and non government
institutions are on board for the
realisation of Swachch Bharat
dream. Urban Development
Minister M Venkaiah Naidu says
SBM has been one of the major
initiatives of the Government but
while other initiatives are largely
demand driven, it aims at creating
demand for sanitary services and
infrastructure and involves moti-
vating people and sensitise them
towards need for adopting right
behavioural attitudes.
He describes SBM as the mother
of all new missions launched by
the Central Government given its
unique nature. A Clean India, Mr
Venkaiah Naidu said, is the most
profound statement that the coun-
ty can make to the world which is
keenly watching it in the context
of various initiatives launched
during the last over one year. The
UD Minister said that since the
launch of the Mission in October
last year by the Prime Minister,
people across the country and
age groups have been inspired by
its philosophy and objectives and
this is its major achievement.

intensive campaign has been
launched last month and will con-

areas. The areas to be covered
include agricultural and grain
markets, religious and tourism
places, educational institutions,
resident welfare associations,
under passes and fly overs, can-
tonment boards, water bodies
and recreation places, hospitals,
old cities and Government
offices. A Swachch Baharat con-
clave is also being planned.
Based on reports received till
August this year, Gujarat,
Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka,
Punjab, Chattisgarh, Andhra
Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana
have performed well in respect of
construction of individual house-
hold toilets. As against the target
of construction of 25 lakh house-
hold toilets in urban areas till
March, 2016, construction of
16.45 lakh toilets has been taken
up and 4.65 lakh toilets have
already been built. Major states
including UP, Bihar and Tamil
Naidu are still to pick up momen-
tum, said the Minister on the first
anniversary of the SBM.
According to him, toilet construc-
tion is still to begin in five UTs of
Andaman & Nicobar Islands,
Chandigarh, Daman & Diu, Dadra
and Nagar Haveli and Delhi and
four North-Eastern States of
Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland,
Meghalaya and Tripura besides
Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Referring
to the enthusiasm on the part of
several states, Mr Naidu said that
over and above the central assis-
tance of Rs.4,000 per construc-
tion of each toilet in urban areas,
13 states are providing additional
assistance in the range of
Rs.4,000 to Rs.13,000.
Regarding construction of com-
munity and public toilets in urban
areas, Government records say
as against target of building one
lakh toilet seats by March, 2016,
construction of 94,653 toilet seats
has been taken up and 24,233
seats have already been built and
the rest in progress.

investigation is done proper on each
story as compare to the earlier time.
Investigative Reporting is decreasing
day by day. Investigative journalism is
a form of journalism in which reporters
deeply investigate a single topic of
interest, such as serious crimes, polit-
ical corruption, or corporate wrongdo-
ing. An investigative journalist may
spend months or years researching
and preparing a report. Investigative
journalism is a primary source of infor-
mation. Most investigative journalism
is conducted bynewspapers, wire serv-
ices, and freelance journalists.
Practitioners sometimes use the term
"accountability reporting".

Mission (NRHM) was put in place, challenges to ensure quali-
ty and affordable health services in large swathes of the coun-
try’s rural belts are being tackled with renewed vigour.
Latest rural health statistics reveal that gaps are to be bridged
and much has been accomplished despite a plethora of chal-
lenges on the road in the wake of increasing expectations in
rural regions.
Manpower has been increased and infrastructure refurbished
for the rural health set up to match ever increasing aspirations
of people who are becoming more aware of quality health
services available in urban stretches and government endeav-
ours to improve health care delivery in rural regions. At some
places ,more facilities and manpower are required lest it cast
an adverse impact on the services.The NRHM common review
commission has undertaken a close look on the set up to
improve services .
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government, led by
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is exploring ways and means to
ensure proper utilisation of public spending on the system,
confronted with multiple challenges. Several state govern-
ments are also intensifying efforts to ensure sound healthcare
in rural belts.
The NRHM seeks to provide effective healthcare to rural pop-
ulation throughout the country with special focus on 18 States,
which have weak public health indicators and infrastructure.
The States are Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar,
Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Jammu &
Kashmir, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Madhya Pradesh,
Nagaland, Odisha, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttarakhand
and Uttar Pradesh.

and wife Simi.M.S) decid-
ed to donate one each of
our kidneys, following
pathetic plight of renal
patients as it is more
dreaded disease than can-
cer. We learnt from media
reports about troubles and
tribulations of the renal
patients due to their inabil-
ity to afford to the financial
burden for kidney trans-
plantation surgery extreme
difficulty in availing of
matchable kidneys and
medication after transplan-
tation surgery.
The peculiarity of the renal
disease was that when you
were put to dialysis, there
was no let up in the dis-
ease and frequency of
dialysis would go up and
ultimately it would take
away your precious life.
Contrary to other dreaded
diseases, treatment would
help improve the diseases
and in certain cases com-
plete recovery would be
possible with medication
thanks to the advance-
ment in the medical tech-
nology.
Hence we decided to
donate one each of our
kidneys free of cost to the
needy poor and downtrod-
den section of the society
with a view to saving two
lives which were
entrapped under kidney
trouble, as a matter of
mere charitable act. Under

Charitable Trust, an Organ
Donation wing was inau-
gurated on Nov 12, 2013
handing over consent let-
ters of kidney donation by
its founder Sri Sri
Aryamaharshi and his wife
M.S.Simi. Besides, 50 dis-
ciples of the Gurukulam
also gave the consent let-
ters of organ donation to
Fr Davis Chiramel,
Chairman of the Thrissur-
based Kidney Federation
of India, an International
organization for promotion
of organ donation.
The Trust has been
imparting training in the
Mystical Studies, Art of
acceptance, Kundalini
Yoga, Transcendental
Meditation, Inner
Revolution, Spiritual
Counseling with special
Emphasis on the art of
“TavaT Effect” (Facing
anything and everything
with courage and the prac-
ticner of this art received
the capacity to do only
good things in life).
After announcing our
intention of donating kid-
neys free of cost, several
people had approached us
offering lakhs of rupees.
We politically refused all
offers of money for our kid-
neys.
Maharishi’s Kidney was
transplanted on Noble
Jose from Angamaly, dis-
trict of Ernakulum and
Simi’s Kidney transplanted
on Jeeva C Chrisus from
Trivandrum.
Noble Jose and Jeeva C
Chrisus belonged to poor
downtrodden section of
the society. If some good
Samaritans did not come
forward to donate their kid-
neys free of cost, these
two teen-aged would have
no more now, I hope.
As part of promotion of
organ donation concept,
we had held classes at
Kannur Central Prison on
Jan 26, 2015.
To our great astonish-
ment, three convicts under
going imprisonment in the
prison had handed over
their consent letters for
donating one each of their
kidneys to the superinten-
dent of the Central Prison,
Asok Arappa, immediately
after the classes were
over. They are:
Sukumaran pattambi)
Babu Chembakassery
Wayanad and Babu
(Palakkad).
Though the convicts had
submitted their consent
letters on Jan 26, their fate
was intricated under the
imperialistic and colonial
Rules and Acts still in
vogue in the country even
after India became a sov-
ereign socialist republic
over 65 years ago.
The convict’s kidney dona-
tion had not yet been
materialized in the
absence of orders from the
Prison authorities. It is
hoped, it would be materi-
alized sooner than later.
It was quite unbelievable
for us that our humble act
of donation of kidneys
would lead to win 2015

Kengeri police arrested five
accused within two days and recov-
ered Rs.5 lakh worth of gold and sil-
ver ornaments with Rs.40,000 cash.

Vinutha Rudresh a resident of
Jnanbharathi layout 6 th cross, reg-
istered a robbery complaint in ken-
geri police station limits in which she
stated that Shilpa and Geetha who
was known to her from past 2 years
has joined her other three friends
and robed her valuables worth
Rs.5lakh and cash .
She said on 1st October this both
came to her house and at around
8:30pm she invited her three friends
to our house and she introduced
them by telling they are from media,
and as they entered the house they
attacked her by keeping knife point
and robbed her and flee away from
the scene.
As vinutha's neighbours who saw
her running behind they too joined
her and chased down two of the
three men and the alert public too
came to their help and nabbed them
near Jnanabharathi layout railway
track and handed over to police .
The Kengeri police inspector head-
ed a team and started the investiga-
tion and with the continuous efforts
based on the statement by the two
they nabbed the other three of the
gang who were absconding. During
the interrogation they confessed the
crime and revealed that Geetha and
shilpa both have pre planned to rob
her as they used to visit regularly
victim Vinutha Rudresh house and
one day vinutha showed her jewels
to them and then they saw a good
chance as vinutha was alone in her
house on 1st October and the noto-
rious two women who were well
known about the jewellery she
called her other three friends to join
them and she introduced them
telling that they are her friends who
works in media and they have
come to meet you as soon as they
entered the house the two closed
the door and the other three
attacked her keeping knife point
and asked her to give all valuables
to them if not they will kill her so
getting scared and to save her life
she gave all her valuables kept in
her house and a necklace which
she was wearing and cash of
Rs.40,000.Our team has recovered
intact stolen property in just 2 days.
Total property recovered is 143
grams of gold ornaments,2 Kg silver
ornaments worth of Rs.5 lakh with
Rs.40,000 cash has been recov-
ered intact from their possession,
the three men joined them as they
were unemployed and they used to
get share from the stolen property
and to lead lavish life in short period
of time they did this crime are now
under bars .
The accused has been identified as
G Shilpa alias Kavita (26),from
Kanakapura road and Geeta alias
leelavathi ,(28), and three men are
primary conspirators as first time
offender identified as Jagadish
Narayan,(22), from Tigalarapalya,
K S Chethan, (19), from
Rajagopalnagar ,and Anand
Shivakumar,(22) of
Rajagopalnagar . Preliminary
investigation revealed that the two
women were arrested by Magadi
road and Banashankari police and
are habitual offender we are col-
lecting the information and a case
has been registered and further
