I was waiting in line for lunch. I had just left from combo. At this camp my combo was a jazz
ensemble that actually sounded amazing together. None of my friends were around me in line

The shame and embarrassment I felt stuck with me for a few hours until I got over it. One night
we had a campfire. Towards the end the lower campers were dismissed and the counselor s told
us about what was planned. We were going to play something called senior snap. You had to
snap in front of your target then sing Roar by Katy Perry while pretending to be a mime stuck in
a box and then hope that no one saw you. If someone saw you then you would be out. However,

The National Organization for Women (NOW) is an American organization that works for women
s rights. It is made up of a variety of smaller organizations that are all banded together under a main
structure. It has been around for a while, and has done many important things. It works on both
political and social levels to achieve its goals, and though it s not very well known, the National
Organization for Women is a great organization that has done much to further women s rights and
equality.
NOW is a women s rights organization working to take political and social action to ensure equal
rights between women and men. NOW is a feminist group, which means that it believes that men
and women should have equal rights and opportunities. Because of these beliefs, NOW is
unafraid to have men as its members and welcomes them, since it recognizes men and women as
equals (NOW, 2016). To work for its beliefs NOW uses electoral and lobbying work, as well as
mass marches, rallies, pickets, and nonviolent civil disobedience. It is working for the rights of
others as well. NOW fights for LGBTQ rights in employment and housing, as well as in other
problem areas. NOW is trying to pass the Constitutional Equality Amendment as well, which ensure
women s rights politically. Overall NOW has a variety of goals that it is working to achieve to

Our Graphic Design Portfolio is meant to not only help myself but other people who are looking
at my skill set. In order to show this, the project must contain artwork from each Adobe program
such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Animate. Photoshop can either show our abilities
in editing photographs, how we can create gifs or simply how we can use it to draw. Illustrator
is mostly about vector drawings and shows how we can use it to create 3D images or simple
logo designs. Indesign will show how well we can format, through creating simple menus or as

years and my selection was minimized to only my senior work and some work that was saved

The Health Facility Tours During Austria
The health facility tours in Austria were conducted at two hospitals, Barmherzige Bruder in
Salzburg and tirol kliniken s central hospital in Innsbruck. Barmherzige Bruder is a hospital based
in a monastery. Tirol kliniken s central hospital is part of a larger hospital system serving the Tirol
region of Austria. Both hospitals resembled U.S. hospitals physically; but, both hospitals had a
cleaner feel. The hospitals were quieter than then ones I ve been in the U.S. Less people were in
the common spaces.
Like some of the U.S. s university based teaching hospitals, tirol kliniken s hospital in Innsbruck is
associated with a University. The University hospital had spacious patient rooms in the neurology
department and many rooms appeared empty. A pneumatic tube delivery system delivered mail and
other things to different department s including samples to the central lab. The emergency room
was set up with two distinct units. One unit handled injuries involving blood and did not have any
rooms. This unit triaged individuals behind curtains and moved the patient to the part of the
hospital best equipped to deal with their condition. The second unit handled all other illnesses and
had six beds. Finally, we were able to tour the heliport. Due to the rural and mountainous
conditions, helicopters are placed strategically in the Tirol region where accidents are likely to
