 Value addition to customer satisfaction by introducing menu items and promotions and
introducing better customer relationship program.
 Taking orders via text messages/online to reduce wait time of customers.
 Improvements in stores profitability resulting the increase in managers incentive based on Share
It trial program.
 Introducing some metrics to measure employee performance level
 Reyes should roll out the program in some other stores to evaluate how other store managers
would react to the combination of freedom and pressure that Share It program offers.
 WrapItUp Corporate must keep less than 50% of the profit so that some portion of profits must be
shared among the crew/hourly employees. It will help in good incentives for crew staffs.
 Some portion of profits must be used in hiring resources/crew staffs so that other employees
don’t have to stretch their work for long hours as working for long hours will not work in long run.
It also helps in employees work life in balanced way and improving job satisfaction.
