This lesson plan is for a 7th grade English class and has the following objectives: for students to arrange words in a cline based on category or degree, use appropriate words in sentences by making clines, and actively participate in activities. The lesson will use a picture and website as materials and take 1 hour. It will include daily routines, motivating students by having them observe and describe pictures, analyzing similarities and differences and the concept of word clines through questions and a story, having students arrange words in clines based on intensity, and completing sentences using appropriate words from given clines.

Story: THE ADVENTURES OF DODONG
Once upon a time, there was a boy named
Dodong. He went to the city from their province to
study. One day he went to the mall to buy his
uniform. And then here’s what he found. Three
different but the same t-shirts. What do I mean?
