Co-Founder of Mothers’ Day Out Program
Saw necessity for local childcare in a faith-based environment. Put plans
into action to establish the first Mothers’ Day Out Program at Rusk
Baptist Church.
Presented a business plan to church council that included scheduling,
funding, and staffing.
Started as a 2-day program with 15+ children and increased to a 3-day
program within 1 month due to demand. The program is still in
operation today.
