Coordinated all sales activities for a region covering six states that consisted the corporate office and two other
branches with annual sales over 11 million dollars per year. Supervised sales staff and respective support staff in
each branch of territory. Increased sales margins and reduced sales expenses and implemented new cash and
inventory control procedures in Columbus, GA. and Richmond, VA. Offices. Worked with advertising department
on all sales promotions and product specials. Established a regional awards system to recognize outstanding sales.
Wrote and implemented a new customer follow-up procedure to increase and better the company customer service.
Planned and presented sales and service training programs designed for customers and sales staff.
