1. Wildlife Conservation Essay
Embarking on the task of writing an essay on wildlife conservation is undoubtedly a challenging
endeavor. The intricacies involved in delving into the complex web of issues surrounding the
preservation of our planet's diverse ecosystems demand a comprehensive understanding of
biology, ecology, environmental science, and even sociology. Crafting a compelling essay requires
not only a deep knowledge of the subject matter but also the ability to communicate complex
ideas in a clear and concise manner.
The vast scope of wildlife conservation encompasses a myriad of topics, ranging from the
impact of climate change on animal habitats to the role of human activities in endangering
various species. Researching and synthesizing information from credible sources is a time-
consuming yet indispensable aspect of the writing process. Moreover, one must grapple with the
ethical considerations surrounding conservation efforts, the economic implications of preserving
biodiversity, and the global cooperation required to address these pressing issues.
The challenge lies not only in presenting facts and statistics but also in weaving a narrative that
captivates the reader's attention. Crafting a compelling introduction that draws the audience into
the urgency of wildlife conservation, followed by a well-structured body that explores various
facets of the topic, requires a careful balance between information and engagement. The
conclusion should leave a lasting impression, inspiring readers to contemplate their role in the
conservation narrative.
Additionally, staying updated with the latest research findings, policy developments, and
technological advancements in the field is crucial to ensure the essay remains relevant and
informative. Balancing optimism and pragmatism in discussing potential solutions adds another
layer of complexity to the writing process.
In summary, writing an essay on wildlife conservation demands a blend of scientific acumen,
research prowess, and effective communication skills. It is a journey that involves navigating
through a jungle of information, selecting the most pertinent details, and crafting a narrative that
both educates and inspires. While challenging, it is a worthy pursuit to contribute to the
awareness and understanding of the critical need for wildlife conservation in our ever-changing
world.

Copyright Laws and How They Have Affected Society
Copyright laws have been in place for over two hundred years. They are meant to
protect from the unauthorized and unlawful use of ideas and media under law, and
protect the artist s integrity. The types of media protected ranges from books to
movies, from TV to picture art. In it s own way, copyrightlaws have affected society
and how media is distributed across the world.
Copyright Laws
The current copyright laws we use have been in place since 1976, when the
Copyright act was put in place. (Copyright law, 2017) This act was meant to reform
the copyright laws into a easier to understand format, and a easier use by people. The

Copyright of Movies, Films and Television
All audiovisual works are protected under section 101 of the US copyright code.
This prevents the copying, distribution of, or plagiarism of copyrighted visual
works. Most of these infringements occurs when someone sneaks some kind of
recording device into a theater and records it there. Then they either put it up on
the internet for free, or sell it for a cheaper price than you would get a ticket at the
movies. Movies are, however, protected under the fair use law. Section 107 allows
audiovisual works to be used in a non commercial environment, such as a
educational institution. For instance, if a teacher wants to show a movie about
volcanos to his class, he can, as long as the movie was lawfully obtained by the
teacher or the school administration. (Cameron, 2017) These rules all relatively
apply to television as well. The thieves record the airing of a show, and then post it
somewhere on the internet. The thieves have also been known to transcribe the script
of a show as it airs, and then post this script on the internet. Most of these are
intentional infringement and can cost you a lot of money in the future for stealing

Bogus News
Everyone is tuned into the news because sometimes it has information the society
needs to know. The reason I say sometimes must do with the fact that not all news
is trustworthy. Fake news is seen very often and can be misinterpreted by many
people. Well, what is fake news? I believe fake news is information that is false
and just out there to get attention to it. Behind fake news comes fake ideas, most
people s opinions on social media, and false predictions or sayings. Nowadays,
anything could be considered as news but I think it s important to identify the real
news from the fake ones. That way whatever anyone hears or sees will be reliable.
According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Tan says, Fake ideas are more subtly
dangerous than fake facts. I agree with this statement because facts are facts and
ideas can be changed several times. When it comes to ideas, good or bad, some go
beyond our expectations that we question ourselves, Will it happen? or Will it
work? . Anyone can come up with an idea and expose what they created to the
whole world. The Philippine Daily Inquirer states, ... they exaggerate an idea and

6. Employee Engagement and Organizational Success
Leaders also try to achieve the same quality for their own status, which allows them
to pursue greater strength, achieve personal goals and future endeavours. According
to a recent study conducted by Psychometrics Canada a pioneer in research
assessment, has mentioned in one of its report that employee engagement in the
organisation plays a major role in the success of any organisation. Accordingly it
says that the best way to increase the relation is by working out a strategy that builds
positive environment and culture relations between the workers and ensuring a good
leader to fit for the purpose. Leaders in the organisation can try to achieve a better
employee engagement by listening to followers opinions, communicating his vision
with a clarity, providing and developing strategies and solution for the success, and
finally recognising the ability of the followers and praising their contributions.
Thisaspect of leadershipis displayed by general feedback, generating ideas and

example of this leadership quality is described by DAVID J. BOBB(David J B,
2013) in his book saying following servant leadership is very difficult as it is not a
natural talent to anyone. He takes the example of George Washington, though
considered to be a man of high temper and showing excess pride in his capabilities

7. The Influence Of Treading In Emily Dickinson s Poems
Emily Dickinson was an American poet who was born on December tenth, 1830.
Emily Dickinson lived a very secluded life and preferred to stay in her home in
New England and she even lived in isolation starting in the 1860s only seeing close
family members ( Emily Dickinson , poets.org). Dickinson began to write while
spending her days in her home reading. Her style of writing and themes were
influenced by seventeenth century English poetry( Emily Dickinson, poets.org). Her
puritan and religious upbringing also led to her different style of writing ( Emily
Dickinson , poets.org). Her poems were never published when she was alive,
instead they were found after her passing and published. When they found her
poems after she passed they discovered she had written around 1,800 poems (

factor in the top three causes of death among teens: accidents, homicide and suicide

is it really as good as it seems? The tradition of drinking has developed into a kind of
culture fixed in every level of the college student environment. Customs handed down
through generations of college drinkers reinforce students expectation that alcoholis a
necessary ingredient for social success. These perceptions of drinking are the going

Students gain expectations to drink alcohol from each other, as they depend on it,
pressure each other and face a new environment and a new social setting. When in
college, a student does not have anyone looking after them and so they get free time
and they do not know how to use it. They end up filling up their extra time, with
going out to frat houses, bars, and or other house parties to drink. Students go from
being in high school, where they have to be home by curfew and drinking is still
sometimes and issues, to not having a curfew and not having someone wait until they
get home that night to make sure they aren t drinking.
College students have no parents to tell them that they cannot go to a party because
there is going to be alcohol there. They have to take it upon themselves to make the
decision whether they should go or not. They do not have mom and dad making
decisions for them anymore. Environmental and peer pressure combined gets students
to try the temptations of alcohol. There is not a weekend that goes by that that
alcohol is not available to students.
The students that drink too much do not understand that drinking just a little can
affect the brain with a lot of force. Once in the bloodstream, alcohol reaches the
brain quickly and begins to affect nerve cells. It slows the messages that travel along
nerve fibers. Only a small amount of alcohol is needed to impair the normal

10. Growth Of Business And Tourism
Growth of Business Tourism in Hawaii In Hawaii, economy has a big impact in
our society. Economy is us, people who brought business industries and tourism.
The difference between economy and economics is that economics is where
people have a control of what sort of behavior they are presenting as of now.
According to the book of ECON 130 Principles of Microeconomics, it delivered
that the economy is simplified as, an abstraction referring to the grand sum of all
our production and consumption activities. This points out that money is a sum of
how people can be responsible to decide how they can use scarce resources that
affects market outcomes and other things, What we collectively produce is what
the economy produce; what we collectively consume is what the economy
consume, this specified that it goes in a circle of how much people can preserve to
work and what it will come as ( ECON 130 Principles of Microeconomics ).
Employment in Hawaiiis increasing because of high demand in tourism, new
business comers, and more job opportunities for the people. James Cook was the
first European to discover Hawaii. He and his troops were the first that brought in
resources such as iron ( Cook Discovers Hawaii ). The Hawaiians were fascinated by
their ships and iron nails, so they traded it for their needs ( Cook Discovers Hawaii
). They used iron for their everyday resource to hunt food using fish hooks and other
iron tools in trade of food and water sources. When Captain Cook

Introduction: Increasingly high atmospheric greenhouse gas (GHG) concentration is
causing global warming. If GHG emissions are not reduced drastically, global mean
temperatures will continue to rise to dangerous levels. Such drastic reduction in GHG
emissions is only possible with international cooperation.
With this in mind, the Kyoto Protocol (KP) was devised. The ultimate goal of the KP
was synonymous to that of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate
Change (UNFCCC): to prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate
system (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, 2014). To
achieve this, the KP outlined several goals that include:
1.GHG emissions reduction and increased energy efficiency in developed countries,
2.Minimization of GHG emissions increases in developing countries, and
3.Promotion and research of sustainable practices and phasing out of unsustainable
practices (United Nations, 1998).
The KP includes specific emissions targets for developed countries that range from
an 8% decrease to a 10% increase from 1990 levels (United Nations, 1998).
In this paper, the following aspects of the KP will be examined:
1.One challenging aspect of international climate change negotiations,
2.The successes and failures of the agreement,
3.Contributing factors to the successes and failures of the agreement, and
4.Overall agreement assessment. The Challenge of Climate Change Negotiations:

12. Chocolate Eggs, By Roald Dahl
As I stroll down the aisle of my local grocery store during the month of March, I
notice the recent emergence of eggs, particularly chocolate eggs. To be even more
specific, Cadbury chocolate eggs, both the packages of minis and the individual
crГЁme eggs. I remember how one of my favorite authors, Roald Dahl, was able to
taste test Cadbury chocolates during his primary school years while he was living
in England. For one person to be able to taste a certain chocolate bar, and then for
another to taste that exact same kind of bar half a century later in a country miles
away is something that couldn t have occurred without the process of globalization.

The cultivation of cacao trees spread throughout the globe as well, and nowadays
cocoa is most commonly grown in South America, West Africa, and Asia.
Eventually, the globalization of cocoa beans brought an idea to the minds of two
young men in the 1800s. According to an article The Creation of a Company
Culture: Cadburys by Charles Dellheim, the start of Cadbury wasn t even
chocolate. Instead, John Cadbury, the founder of the company, traded tea and
coffee in Birmingham which later grew to become a factory process. However,
when his sons George and Richard Cadbury took over, the company was already
dwindling and on the verge of collapse when they ingeniously changed the product
from tea and coffee to cocoa and chocolate. They also changed the process of cocoa
making and utilized the Dutch process to make the chocolate taste better and it
resulted in a much higher quality chocolate (Dellheim, 17). Even from the very start,
the Cadbury company might not have succeeded without globalization, as it was the
Dutch process of chocolate making that allowed the British firm to really take off in
the mid 19th century, with its signature Dairy Milk bar released in 1905. The family
run business gradually expanded over the years throughout England and then built its
first overseas factory in Australia in 1919. This was during the modern period when
other brand names such as Coca Cola, Remington, and Campbell started making
themselves known on the global market

The Effects of Plagues
The effects of the plagues differed from one region to another according to the
forms of agriculture practised and local economic conditions. So we should be
very careful about making broad generalisations. As one might expect the kill rate
was lower in the countryside than it was in the towns, but it was still significant. In
a selection of Essex manors hit in 1349 the range was between 25% at Market
Roding rising to 54% at High Easter. Medieval Essex was highly manorialised and
close to the main trade routes out of London and along the Essex coast and therefore
more vulnerable. Overall rural mortality is thought to have been around 30% for

In the following autumn no one could get a reaper for less than 8d with food, a
mower for less than 12d with food. For this reason many crops perished in the fields
for lack of harvesters. But in the year of the plague, as is explained above, there was
so great and abundance of all kinds of corn that they were scarcely regarded.
Knighton also records a dramatic fall in the price . A great cheapness of all things for
fear of death, for few took any account of riches or of possessions of any kind.
It was a sad irony that the harvest of 1348 was a good one, but in many places there
was either no one to reap it, or those who had survived were so shocked that they
were unable to organise themselves for the harvest. Many decided that it was only
a matter of time before they too would die from the plague and so decided to enjoy
themselves whilst they could. What happened in the Siena of Agnolo di Tura was
probably true of most of Europe: each person lived according to his own caprice, and
everyone tended to seek pleasure in eating and drinking, hunting, catching birds, and

14. The Criticism Of Identity Politics Is Racist Or Long
Overdue
Five journalists writing for the New York Times debate, or rather discuss, the
question of whether the criticism of identity politics is racist or long overdue.
Identity politics is the `ideological tool used by those tired of the more traditional
approaches to political sidings. Rather they form their views around a particular
identity or trait that they share. The idea being that individuals sharing that trait are
subjected to the same biases, disenfranchisement, or discrimination. A prime
opportunity for adherents to this type of worldview has arisen this year in the
election of Donald Trumpas president. It is easy to imagine how a Mexican American
or African American could feel distinctly ostracized by the Trump campaign.
However, the concept is not new by any means. The term first gained a footing during
the Civil Rights era and was used to bring attention to minoritygroups seeking
representation. Staff writer for the conservative magazine National Review, David
French expresses the frustration of many Americans with the constant scourge of
progressive orthodoxy coming from the P.C. crowd. According to French, a great
attraction to Trump is his rejection of political correctness of any kind, not a
particular stance on any issue. Right leaning voters seem to feel unfairly clumped in
to Hillary s Basket of Deplorables along with the neo Nazis and alt right supremacists
that find him so appealing. The reality of the matter is that most Trump supporters

political facets. Simple to imagine but impossible to replicate, and that is, according
to Plato s Theory of Forms, because the physical world is a poor copy of these ideas,
these forms, even the ones closest to perfection are imperfect. That is why a utopia
can not be attained in reality. Although, in Montaigne s Of Cannibals, it is proposed
that the natural state is the closest to accomplishing this. The ideas set forth in this

Caliban is subjected to a way of thought that is utterly new to him, given to him
from Miranda and Propsero, and it is said by Montaigne that those who think and
act in these way are savage, not just those who they imposed these ideas upon
simply because in their eyes they were deemed as savage. Even though Caliban is a
slave to Prospero and had wicked notions towards him, it is only because his natural
state was altered, which can sometimes lead to an opposite effect than intended.
Montaigne also describes that a nation that is closest to perfection is one with no
knowledge of political systems, letters, numbers etcetera, and Shakespeare concurs
with this through representing it in Gonzalo, who contemplates that if he had the
island to rule, he would rule congruently with Montaigne s belief. The characters of
Caliban and Gonzalo both represent Shakespeare s agreement with Montaigne and his

16. Ethos Pathos Logos In Julius Caesar
Julius Caesar by Shakespeare is the most interesting story we learnt this term. It is
juicy because there are huge number of different rhetorical devices in the sentence.
Those rhetorical devices include logos, ethos, and pathos which look like the
condiments that make the speech in the story logical, credible, and touch reader s
emotion. That s why people love to read the story once and once more. So it is
necessary for us to understand how to make our passage better by using rhetorical
devices. Logos means make the passage logical. Especially, in Mark Antony s
speech, he uses an abundance of logos to prove that Caesar is not ambitious as Brutus
mentioned. He hath brought many captives home to Rome, Whose ransoms did the

If your speech is not credible, no one will agree with you. Then you won t be able

countrymen, and lovers, hear me for my cause, and be silent, that you may hear.
Believe me for mine honor, and have respect to mine honor, that you may believe

their ideas, Brutus use him honor and respects that people give him to make them

trying to shows Caesar is not ambitious on his funeral, he also uses ethos to make
his speech much more credible than Brutus . I come to bury Caesar, not to praise
him (Act III, scene ii, line 71, 1250). At the beginning of his speech, he claims that
he isn t Caesar s supporter because he knows that citizens support Brutus idea

According to this ethos, he starts his speech and makes all people trust him finally.

Edward Said described the western way of seeing others as Orientalism, which
western people believe that they are superior to the rest of the world and that the
rest of the world move backwards. Although Orientalism is a misunderstanding
concept of the west, it is recognised worldwide. Japan and Korea are in the same
region, Asia, but respond to the western power differently. In the 17th century, for
example, Japan closed the door to the world. The world except for Dutch and
China could not come in to Japan and Japanese people could not go abroad. After
1853 when Matthew Calbraith Perry came to Japan, he forced Japan to accept
American diplomatic policy. He also forced to open up the Japan s diplomatic door

Japan is only a country which is neither occupied nor colonised by other countries
in Asia. Thus, Japan needed to establish its own culture and to improve its political
system by itself, while Korea had to accept the Mongolian and Chinese way of
organising the country and later that of Japan. Despite the fact that Japan had an
experience to close its diplomatic door, it had enough time to develop in every
field in traditional Japan s way. When Perry came to Japan and Japan restarted
trading with them, Japan had an advantage because every other country was
interested in Japan and its culture. Japanese people also benefited to integrate with
the Western people in order to develop its political and educational system further.
Therefore, Japan might see the West as a nice partner since Japanese people can
gain some knowledge from them. By contrast, Korea was controlled by Mongol,
China, and Japan and its culture was a mixture of those countries. Although it had an
independent empire in the late 19th century, the empire did not have a great power

struggled to establish its political system and to develop its culture. Additionally,
Tonghak movement could be a factor not to be influenced by the West. Korea tried to

18. What Is The Theme Of Conflict In Lord Of The Flies
The book Lord of the Flies was written after the author William Golding came back
from second world war. William golding used his experiences from the conflict of
the war to write a book that has conflict as the core message. This is shown by the
direct war between civiliation and savagary. It is also shown by the underline
descriptions of the children being opposite to each other. The first point in the
book is the conflict between civilation and savagary. The conflict between these
two areas are shown by the using imagery of the two characters who represent
them. This is shown by the decription of both ralph and jack, the protaganist and
the antagonist. Ralph is shown within this book as The boy with fair hair , the fair
mentioned in this quote shows not only the colour of the boys hair but also has a
double meaning for the boy s nature. This shows that the boy is fair , kind,
civilised. The colour of the boy s hair also can symbolised that he is neutral or even

Understanding Ourselves in the Age of the Internet
In her book, Life on Screen: Identity in the Age of the Internet, author Sherry Turkle
explains the effect technology has on the way individuals view themselves, and how
this relates to the growth of postmodernist thinking. According to Turkle, the rapid
expansion of network technology, specifically the Internet, is responsible for
introducing millions of people to new spaces and ways of interactivity with one
another.
This revolutionary method for relating to others is swiftly changing how we view our
minds, our sexual interactions, the forms of our communities, and even our own
identities (Turkle 9). In the excerpts selected for our class reading, Turkle cites

In its most basic form, however, modernism can be most closely associated with the
traditional world view dominant since the Enlightenment, and is described in terms
of linearity, logicality, and hierarchical thought (Turkle 17). Modernist reality is
perceived as definitive and objective, defined by a firm set of rules and roles that
support a centralized narrative, or concept of truth. In this philosophy, the self is
characterized as a solid autonomous being, our most basic reality, making it simple to
identify and resist any departure from society s definition of normalcy (Turkle 261).
Within the last forty years, a poststructuralist response developed to the modernist
ideology and gained the official academic title, postmodernism. This philosophy
serves as a direct contrast to modernism, embracing the idea of a decentered, multi
faceted self that consists of fragmented but coherent parts. There is no definitive truth
to these interconnections, making reality and human identity fluid and capable of
transitioning between numerous nonlinear concepts (Turkle 17). In postmodern
reality, disjointed ideas receive meaning through their relationships to each other; the
presence of thought becoming just as significant as what is noticeably lacking. The
multiplicity of meaning and truth in the postmodern environment makes identity
opaque, allusive, and dense, but also presents the opportunity for remarkable diversity.

In Joseph Conrad s Heart of Darkness, he explores the hypocritical and false nature of
colonialism. Throughout the novel, almost everyone but Marlow continually
describes colonialism as a noble endeavor, yet Marlow s experience while in the
Congo constantly and thoroughly disproves such claims.
The argument for colonialism centers on civilizing the natives and providing them
with a better, more human like life. The Company describes their endeavors as trade,
rather than outright theft, and civilizing the natives, rather than enslaving and killing
them. Marlow s aunt describes Belgian colonization of the Congo as weaning those

towards him, almost in worship. He employs the natives in his quest for ivory,
turning them against their own kin. He becomes a god like leader of a native tribe,
acquires a native mistress, and even orders the attack on Marlow s riverboat to
prevent their arrival at the Inner Station, when he would have to leave his tribe and
the Congo. Through his methods, Kurtz represents an honest and true form of
colonialism. He is the most successful ivory trader the Company has, having
collected, bartered, swindled, or stolen more ivory than all the other agents together
(Conrad, 47). He does not claim to be civilizing the natives; in fact, he himself is
barbaric and uncivilized. He represents the pure, core version of colonialism and one
where brutality and inhumanity yield magnitudes more profit. Even the language
Conrad uses to describe Kurtz s craft is significant. He describes it first as collection
and bartering, but then as theft. Twice. Through Kurtz, who earns the Company
massive profits in ivory, Conrad depicts, essentially, the Id of
22. Informative Essay Hook
Pinkston, Anna Dr. Jeff Newberry ENGL 1101H August 26, 2017 As my ninth
grade English teacher, Mrs. Newton would say, without a good hook to start your
essay, no one will ever read it. As I was taught, a hook is a crucial part in your
essay because it will help grab the audience s attention so that they will continue to
be invested throughout the paper. For example, the hook could be a question or a
quote about the overall topic of your essay. In my junior year, we had to do a
controversial essay and I used a quote from a famous tattoo artist as my hook
because I did my essay over tattoos and piercings. After the hook, the introduction
begins to take form and show the audience what your essay is about. The
introduction is the first thing in your essay that will tell the audience what the essay
is about. The introduction paragraph should be as interesting as the initial hook and
keep the audience invested in the paper. It will establish the basis of the essay and
should contain the thesis statement. The thesis statement is the point in your essay
where you will state the topics that the essay will contain. In high school, we were
taught that the thesis should contain the three points that you will elaborate upon in
your three body paragraphs: the weakest point, the middle point, and the strongest
point. The first body paragraph should be the weakest or simplest way to get the
overall point of the essay across to the readers. This will be the foundation of all
three points,
23. Gatorade Research Paper
In the 2012 NFL season, NFL teams drank 1,800,144 bottles of Thirst Quencher.
Gatorade had been in football since the athletes were doing strenuous exercises, they
continually battled dehydration in the Florida heat (Wickford). Our bodies sweat
system relies on salts to pump water onto our skin to evaporate and cool us off
(Wilcox). But is Gatoradeas healthy as they make it out to be?
Gatorade says that their drink was born in a Lab (Jim F). In early summer of 1965, a
University of Florida assistant coach sat down with a team of university physicians
and asked them to determine why so many of his players were being affected by
heat and heat related illnesses, (Gatorade). They soon discovered two key factors
that were causing Gator players to fall apart: the fluids and electrolytes the players
lost through sweat were not being replaced, and the large amounts of carbohydrates
the players bodies used for energy were not being replenished (Gatorade). The
researchers then took their findings into the lab, and made a new, precisely balanced
carbohydrate electrolyte beverage ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Sports drink is full of sugar, doing more harm than good. If someone drank
Gatorade when they are not doing anything to make them sweat, it is getting them
fatter. Christie Wilcox explains this is her article, Sports Drinks: More Harm Than
Good?, If your goal is to lose weight, drinking calories is like shooting yourself in
the foot (Wilcox). If someone does not work out at a high intensity for a long time,
they do not need the extra calories. So sports drinks are not for the casual exerciser,
while taking a ten minute treadmill run or jog around the block. However, if
someone is doing strenuous exercises for a long period of time, sports drinks can be
highly beneficial. In fact, the Houston Texans drank 88,224 bottles of Thirst

24. What Does Rain Mean To Me
The song begins with multiple clocks chiming. The chimes were incorporated into
the song to act as a wake up call, some people can take the song acting as something
like an alarm. The alarms would signify that there is no time to waste, it is time to
get up and be productive or it is time for happiness and success. It means that timeis
ticking away. In the first stanza of the lyrics it quotes, Ticking away the moments
that make up a dull day, fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way. Kicking
around on a piece of ground in your home town, waiting for someone or something
to show you the way. In this stanza the writer means that days can be wasted by not
living life to the fullest. It is easy to let life slip away not doing things that can make
an individual happy.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the second stanza it states Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch
the rain. You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today. And then one
day you find ten years have got behind you. No one told you when to run, you
missed the starting gun. In this stanza the writer is symbolizing that when people
are young they have all the time in the word to do whatever they please, but when
they do not take action, they are wasting their life away. Before they know it ten
years have passed by and they have not fulfilled any of their dreams or goals. The
third stanza says, So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it s sinking.
Racing around to come up behind you again. The sun is the same in a relative way
but you re older, Shorter of breath and one day closer to death. It implies that with
the days passing on poeple keep aging and are nearing the end of their life. In the
fourth part of the song, Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the
25. Comparing Faulkner s The Sound And The Fury
Random insignificant detail or symbolic motif? Often times in William Faulkner s
The Sound and the Fury, the two are difficult to distinguish. However, when one
takes a closer look outside Caddy s and/or Quinton s window, the fruit tree that grew
near to the house reveals itself to be more significant than just another aspect of the
setting. The tree symbolizes the growth of the Compson family, but is also, at least in
part, ironically responsible for the destruction of the Compson name. It has religious
and historical significance, and without it, the story could not have began or ended as
it did. The tree, which has stood next to the Compson house for generations, is central
to to the unethical behaviors of the two main female characters... Show more content

Is the fact that this convenience lead both to loose their innocence also a
coincidence? Did Faulkner just forget what kind of fruit grew on his tree when
speaking of it in relation to each women? Is it too much of a stretch to connect the
fruits to their corresponding religious relevance? The evidence is there to argue
that the answer to all of these questions is no. But one cannot know with complete
certainty without input from the author, which thankfully, exists, [The Sound and
the Fury] began with the the picture of the the little girl s muddy drawers, climbing
that tree to look in the parlor window with her brothers that didn t have the courage
to climb the tree waiting to see what she saw. Faulkner went on to say that perhaps
the only thing in literature which would ever move me very much: Caddy
climbing the pear tree. Knowing that the image of the tree, in particular when
Caddy climbed it, captured and inspired Falkner, tells the audience to take a closer
look at the significance of the tree in relation to Cady, and to the story as a whole.
In the above quote, Faulkner specifically calls it a pear tree, which indicates that the
pear is the more important symbol than the apple, or he would have called it an
apple tree. This fits, because ultimately, it is the women s sexual activity, for which
the pear is a symbol of, that brings the family name
26. Descriptive Essay About Breakfast
Every morning, my son Pete wakes up at 6:30 AM. I have 2 ВЅ hours to get us both
ready for the day, which seems like it should be plenty of time. But each day the
nanny arrives at 9, and I m never ready to leave! So I started making these freezable
breakfast sandwiches to help me get out the door faster.
I m a personal chef, so I m really fast in the kitchen. Before I had Pete, I never really
understood why people said that they didn t have time to cook breakfast in the
morning. Scrambling an egg takes no time at all! But now I realize, you have to
clean the pan, the spatula, your plate, and also eat the eggs with a fork in your
kitchen, all while trying to wrangle the baby in the other arm. In this new reality,
minutes matter.
Finding a quicker breakfast solution
So I wanted a quicker and cleaner way to get my fuel in the morning. While
oatmeal and granola can be nice occasionally, my go to breakfast will always include
eggs. They give me longer lasting energy, plus I almost always prefer savory to
sweet. I needed a way to have my eggs quickly, without having to do any of the
actual cooking in the morning. Ideally, something that could be made in a big batch
and frozen in individual portions.
Strata was an early contender. This Vegetable, Egg and Cheddar Strata recipe is
one I make for clients often and it freezes beautifully. But there s a lot of up front
prep, a long cook time, and it still requires a plate and fork. I also considered
quiche, my personal brunch favorite. It didn t make the cut for the same reasons.
So then I started thinking of the breakfast sandwiches they serve at Starbucks. They
re pre made, pretty tasty, and always hit the spot when I need a quick breakfast. I
decided to make my own version that I could enjoy at home for a third of the price
per sandwich.
The beautiful thing about these breakfast sandwiches is that they are completely
customizable. Ham, sausage, bacon, turkey bacon, and veggie sausage are all great
options. Cheddar is my favorite cheese choice, but you can use any sliced cheese
that melts well. You can even mix cooked veggies into the eggs to increase your
morning fiber intake. Once you get the overall method down, it s easy to switch it up.

27. Everyday Use By Alice Walker Analysis
Everyday Use Historical Criticisms explored the disconnection that people can
sometimes have depending on their education. Alice Walker successfully shows
the disconnection by comparing two ends of the spectrum of generation. Taking
the historical context, it plays a major role in the way this short story is viewed. It
was a time where people of color had a different and difficult experience getting an
education. When the narrator was talking about having an education it was
important because she wanted to be on a television show her success and how far
she went. However Dee see s her mother and Maggie differently as if they don t
know how to appreciate heritage as an art. For example, when she wanted the quilts

As the story progressed it led to Dee fighting for the quilts since she did not want
Maggie to have them because she was just going to use it as an everyday item
instead of valuing it as art. Can I have these old quilts? I heard something fall in
the kitchen, and a minute later the kitchen door slammed. Why don t you take one
of the others? No, said Wangero (Dee) I don t want those (Walker 292). Dee
wanted the quilts to have them hanging on the wall at her house to show her
heritage and her culture. In that short section it showed the difference of wanting
to use the quilt as an everyday item as some form of art to make a statement of
showing how proud she was her heritage during a time where colored people were
oppressed. In the end of the story when Dee leaves after the argument and has a
dramatic exit while, her mother and Maggie just sit outside until bedtime, which
showed the difference of the older generation and new. On one side there is a
passive approach and then there is the new generation which is demonstrated as
being a fighter, and fighting for what you believe until you get what you want or at
least try. One main focus in this story is heritage and the different value is holds for
people. On one hand Dee admires her culture and embraces it too its full extent. She
changes her name from Dee Johnson to Wangero Leewanika Kemanjo (Cowart). She

In the labs preformed, objective is to understand the way the Unicellular Eukaryotes
look, act, move around, survive, and so on. Through out the lab, different organisms
will be observed, such as Euglena, Trypanosoma, Plasmodium, Paramecium,
Vorticella, and Amoeba. Each organism will be observed under the microscope to

College students have many life altering questions they must answer through the
journey of further education. From a student s major, living circumstance, classes,
and getting involved on campus, it can start to get stressful if there are mixed
signals about what they are getting into. Getting involved on campus is a great way
to meet people and improve skills needed after graduation. A student might choose
to be involved in Greek life because of the parties, friends, and job application quirks
down the road (Joining a Fraternity, np). The outcome involves those things, but it
also involves leadership traits, lifelong relationships, the ability to surpass the
negative public perception of Fraternity and Sorority men and women, and keep up

whoever makes the highest grades on major tests. If a student s GPA drops under a
certain score, then they have to have a certain amount of study hours or note checks
until their grade goes back up. If their GPA is so low for a long amount of time they
might get kicked out of the fraternity or sorority. Students knowing that they have to
keep their grades up for a fraternity or sorority could help them graduate. A U.S.
Government study shows that over 70% of all those who join a fraternity/sorority
graduate, while under 50% of all non fraternity/sorority persons graduate (Fraternity
and Sorority Facts, np). Fraternities and sororities are helping their members graduate
rather than helping them party all the time like most people

All good being? When people think about god the most important question that
comes to their mind is does god exist? Another question one would ask is if there is
an all good god why does he allow evil to exist. In this argument of mine I will be
addressing why I agree with Mackie s version to the problem of eviland how Mackie
states theism is irrational. While on the other hand, I will also be pointing out
Plantinga responds to Mackie s argument and point out how Plantinga makes Mackie
argument fail. After that I will argue why Mackie states the most persuasive argument
in stating that there is no good argument for the existence of godbecause if there is a
all good god why does he let evil exist.

An easy way for Mackie to respond to Plantinga is by stating even if some of my
statements are inconsistent that does not mean that God does exist because no
one can prove that god exist and since no one can prove that god exist therefore God
doesn t exist. In response to Mackie response here Plantinga can also make the same
argument against Mackie by stating this is where you are wrong because even if we
can t prove that god exist how can you prove that there isn t a god. In response to this
Mackie can also reply by stating since there are evil in this world and God was
supposed to be all good, then why does he need to create evil. Since there is evil in
this world Mackie would state that god can t exist because if god is supposed to be
all good then why would is there be a need for

In trying to understand gender differences in Health, Rieker and Bird looked at
several factors including Cardiovascular disease, Immune Functions and Disorders
as well as Depression. It is a well known fact that women live longer than men, but
having a long life comes with more pain and suffering and a bigger burden on our
healthcare system. Cardiovascular disease as discussed by the authors is one of the
leading causes of death among women in America. The article articulates the fact
that men are also affected by CVD, but die at a much younger age than women. In
other words, as women live longer, they are exposed to a lot more chronic life
threatening diseases. So, in reality, living longer is a bittersweet reality for women,

32. Analysis Of The Poem Lycidas By Paul J. Alpes
The traditional pastoral poems follow a creative style that romanticize rural life and
landscapes, which drifted away from industrialization. The quintessential pastoral
poems have been described by Paul J. Alpes as a double longing after innocence and
happiness; that it is based on philosophical antithesis of Art and Nature; that its
universal idea is the Golden Age; that its fundamental motive is hostility to urban life.

the traditional pastoralconventions, for instance, Samuel Johnson recognized the

The speaker challenges the customary idyllic landscape like the laurels and myrtles
by destructively picking the flowers and berries off the trees, instead of the
speaker being grounded in nature like the other speakers in traditional pastoral
poems, he destroys it. Furthermore, Milton turns the pastoral into one of mourning
because the speaker s compulsion for disturbing nature before season due all stems
from the death of Lycidas who died in his prime . As the poem continues, the
speaker explains the romanticized pastoral landscape where he and Lycidas were
once shepherds: For were nursed upon the self same hill, / Fed the same flock, by
the fountain, shade, and rill. Together both, ere the high lawns appeared (23 25).
These lines display how the speaker can reach nostalgia with these pastoral
fantasies that distance him away from reality. However, the speaker soon leaves the
romantic when he laments about Lycidas: And old Damoetas loved to hear our
song. / But O the heavy change, now thou art gone, (36 37). The speaker being able
to come back to reality demonstrates how the Milton is unable to emphasize the
traditional romantic pastoral setting of peace and joy because of the emotional
anguish the speaker has. Furthermore, Milton alludes to the fact that one must
remove themselves from an idealized world for them to grieve properly. The amount
of control that the speaker had over his decision to leave his pastoral fantasy is

Other studies conducted indicate that a high stressful life event has a high
significant association with consequent major depressive episodes at an
astounding 75% proportion; evidently stating a causal relationship (Kendler et al.
1999). Kendler et al. (1999) supported that a higher causal relationship with
stressor events was more evident in the first stage of depression over recurrent
episodes of major depression and furthermore, found that 85.4% of the sample
indicated the stressful event and the arrival of depressive symptoms occurred in the
same month. Furthermore supporting the findings previously stated by Kendall et
al (2004), not all major depressive episodes are as a result of stressor events, but
may instead be attributed to the predisposition of neurotic temperaments (Kendler et
al 1999). Further support for Vanessa suffering a major depressive episode is further
ensued by the theory of ambiguous loss termed by Boss (1999) who describes this
term as a situation that stalls the grieving process through the obstruction of coping
and stress management, as a result of physical absence and psychological presence,
usually leading to feelings of guilt, anxiety and uncertainty and ultimately leading to
depression. Finally, in an attempt to demonstrate that Vanessa s reactions to a
romantic breakup Parker et al. s (2015) study demonstrates that depressive symptoms
is a primary response to her stressor.
34. Cardiovascular Regulation Of Plasma Volume
In order to study the kidney s regulation of plasma volume, osmolality, and pH, the
changes in urine flow rate, specific density, and urine pH of adult human subjects
were measured. Subjects were assigned one of four beverage options: water,
Gatorade, Coke, or nothing. Beverages of different compositions were used to study
what effects does fluid intake have on urinevolume and composition. Subjects fasted
five hours prior to the experiment, in which the subjects were required to void and
test their own urine every thirty minutes for 120 minutes after ingesting the beverage
they were assigned. The urine volume, specific gravity, and urine pH were measured
for each void. The subjects were instructed to fast five hours prior to the experiment
and were allowed to drink only eight ounces of water if necessary (Manuguid et al.,
2015). Avoiding food or drink rendered the subjects in a similar physiological state at
the start of the experiment. This is important because the consumption of food or
drink shortly before the experiment may affect the volume and composition of the
urine voided, which would have affected the results. If a subject had ingested a
considerable amount of fluid an hour before the experiment, their urine volume for
their first void could have been greater than expected. The amount of liquid the
subjects ingested depended on their body weight. As a result, the amounts of liquid
ingested varied within the drinking groups. At T0, the subjects were in a state of

Hamilton, 1971). Hippocrates believed that mental illness had a physical and a

recommended that the treatment of mental illness should be conducted in an asylum,
a secure and safe retreat from the chaos and pressures of the environment, rather than
having persons with mental illness whipped in public, or incarcerated in dungeons
(Stevens, D. 1997). Soranus of Ephesus lived in the century 98 A.D. in Rome, and
was a physician of women and childbirth. Soranus believed that the human body is
composed of atoms constantly in motion. He theorized that disease was caused by a
disturbance in these atoms. In light of the recent discovery that schizophrenia might
be caused by a defective chromosome number six, Soranus view coincide with the
latest findings on the possible causes of some mental illness (Darton, K. 2000).
Although, Soranus described mental illness as an organic disturbance, he treated it

Treatments included encouraging reading, entertainment, sea voyagers, etc. Soranus
thought that the patient should be engaged in intellectual activities not only for

Why do people use others to gain power? In our society there are always people

Let s read the remark of Jesus to the Pharisees who were the first set of antichrist in

desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and

he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
The antichrist intensified their efforts when the soldiers watching the tomb of
Jesus were bribed, and compelled to spread the lies that Jesus corpse was stolen.
The book of Mathew chapter 28 verse 12 to 15 says: When they had assembled
with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the
soldiers, saying, Tell them, His disciples came at night and stole Him away while we

commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

By issuing the white paper at such a critical moment in negotiations with the U.S.,
China has destroyed any chance of free trade with the U.S. or membership in the

that it will gain everything that it wants by threatening Taiwan, but the cost will be
enormous. It seems clear that China wants reunification at any cost and it is boldly

Declaration of Independence barely even applied to many women as they had much
fewer rights than white men. This is quite sad because women actually played a
large role in the war. Many would make clothes or help serve meals to U.S. soldiers
and help keep the farm or her husband s business was going (American and British
Strengths and Weaknesses). Without the help of their spouses, many soldiers would
have returned home to be in bankruptcy (Strengths and Weaknesses). Another way
that American women helped was by being spies and giving information about enemy
troops locations (Strengths and Weaknesses). For this reason, women should have
been given more rights because if they would have been caught they would be

40. Symbolism In Simon Birch
Many films around the world use objects to symbolize a deeper meaning. In the
movie Simon Birch the armadillo and all three deers symbolized Simon and God s
will. In the movie Simon Birch the armadillo symbolizes Simon because just like
Simon, the armadillo is small but has a hard shell which can endure a lot. This is
equivalent to what Simon has since even though his whole town makes fun of him
and laughs at him, his shell protects him, and he continues to put a smile on his face.
Furthermore, the armadillo represents Simon because when Simon got in trouble for
questioning why a continental breakfast had to do with god, he was forced to
apologize or he couldn t leave but he continued to endure everything being thrown at
him because of... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition, when the bus crashed into the lake, Simon still didn t panic or was
afraid of dying, he had a shell that defended him and made him endure more than
you would think. Moreover, when Simon killed Rebecca his shell was still very
strong but it had cracked a bit since it was a little bit too much. Lastly, the
armadillo symbolizes Simon because when he was underwater and continuing to
try to get the last kid out he went past his limits, which ended up with him
completely shattering his shell, killing him. The deer in the movie Simon Birch ,
symbolized God s will because when Joe s mother; Rebecca died, the deer was
watching him just like god. The deer then later unexpectedly jumped in front of the
bus causing it to crash which was a negative impact from God but God wanted this
because he did it because he wanted to use Simon to inspire people around him,
including his whole town and parents. At the very end, we see Joe swimming alone,
where him and Simon uses to swim at. The Deer and he make eye contact which was
telling Joe that everything is going to be
41. A Critique of Cloud and Townsend
A Critique of Cloud and Townsend
A Critique of: Boundaries in Marriage by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend
In their book, Boundaries in Marriage, the authors, Cloud and Townsend, present a
theoretical model for maintaining healthy relationships, specifically marriage
relationships. This examination of Cloud and Townsend s approach to maintaining
healthy relationships summarizes both the theoretical and theological orientation of
their proposed model, compares their approach to the model proposed by Sandra
Wilson in her book, Hurt people hurt people, and considers the model in the context
of Dr. Hawkins concentric circle theory of personality, and parents a critique with

They suggest that living in accordance with these laws will foster success while
rebellion against the laws will produce consequences. The ten laws, 1) sowing and

Additionally, the authors assert that the values we hold have enormous implications
for the establishment of boundaries, they state, your values make sure that certain bad
things are not present in the marriage and that certain good things are (Cloud amp;
Townsend, 1999, p.107). As this is the case Cloud and Townsend (1999) identified
six values that are promoted in scripture and that they believe produce great
boundaries in marriage. Those values include, love of God, love of your spouse,
honesty, faithfulness, compassion and forgiveness, and holiness (Cloud amp;
Townsend, 1999, p.112).

Strengths of Cloud and Townsend
In many ways Cloud and Townsend s (1999) approach to developing and
maintaining healthy relationships is comparable to the model of change proposed in
Dr. Wilson s book Hurt people hurt people. Although Dr. Wilson (2001) takes a much
etiological approach to addressing
42. The French Immigration in the United States and Their...
This assignment encouraged me to inquire into the historic significance the French
immigrants had upon the United States. I would like to develop this aspect starting
with the early French settlements and terminate by discussing their contributions to
the United States.
The United States is an immense country, with many residents and citizens
descending from immigrants who have influenced many customs, traditions,
behaviors and ways of life. Unlike many old world nations, the United States does not
have a homogenous population or a traditional homeland. However, American culture
can be interpreted as being largely based in Western Europe with influences from the
Native Indians, Africans, Asians, and elsewhere.

They began to trade with Indians which established fur trading posts (see sources #

In the 1600s the men who came were not permanent settlers or empire builders;
they were explorers and adventures. Among them are Jean Nicolet, Louis Jolliet
and Jacques Marquette who explored the land by the Great Lakes and the
Mississippi Valley. Thousands of other men and women followed the French
trailblazers into the Ohio Valley, the Mississippi Valley and, the regions by the
Great lakes, finding a place for themselves in the New World. Sieur de La Salle, who
is buried just west of Alto, and Robert Cavelier remained two of the greatest
explorers of all time who gave form and substance to New France. In a series of
explorations, La Salle, who has been called the Prince of Explorers found Ohio,
traveled down to the Mississippi river, then to the Gulf of Mexico. Here, on the
stands of the Gulf, he took possession of all the lands drained by the Mississippi in
the name of the King of France. In honor to his king, Louis XIV, he named the
territory Louisiana. The story of New Orleans, the Paris of America, belongs to the
early settlers of New France because this city was founded by the French from Qu

square called the Vieux Carr #233; the Old Square. It is now known as the French

43. Theme of Happiness in The Story of an Hour, by Kate...
This is a short story of a woman whose happiness or oppression
was based on what happened in the next hour of this story. In the story
Mrs. Mallard was said to have heart trouble. In the beginning of the story
her sister tried to break the death of her sister s husband Brently Mallard,
gently as possible and her husband s friend was forthwith in telling her
that he was dead, sparing her the inevitable.
Chopin also uses Louise s supposed condition to illustrate the way nineteenth century
society treated women as weak beings who must be protected from the harsh
realities of life. By carefully wording the explanation of her husband s death,
Richards and Josephine treat Louise as a child, not an

The story s springtime setting also symbolizes her rebirth as an independent person.

Following the tragic death of Mr. Humpty Dumpty on the 18th of January,
Detective Hood dug deeper into the case. Formerly known as Little Red Riding
Hood, Detective Hood has by far lost her old nickname. Standing an impressive 6 8
and weighing in at nearly 240 pounds, she is a force to be reckoned with. However,
Mr. Humpty Dumpty was loved by many, including all the kings horses and all the
kings men. Though he had been hardened by years in the sun and had an extremely
tough shell, he was still merely soft boiled on the inside. It was a normal day in the
kingdom of Storybrook. Humpty was bored and decided to go for a walk. His
favorite place to go was The Wall, which was pub on the outside of town. A few of
his friends were there, including
46. The Major Components Of Crime Prevention
In this essay I have been tasked to describe the major components of crime
prevention. You might think that this is an easy thing to do however, there are
many aspects to crime prevention and in order to define it we need to have an
understanding of what crime prevention is. In this essay I will give you my
definition of what crimeprevention is as well as describe the major components of
crime prevention. I will explain the relationship of crime prevention to the Criminal
JusticeSystem. I will then give you two or more institutions through which crime
prevention programs and practices are delivered and then lastly I will utilize
examples to support my discussion. My definition of crime prevention is the attempt
or effort of a government to reduce and deter crime and criminals. It also
encompasses the effort to enforce the law and uphold criminal justice. Crime
prevention is an integral part of most of the components that make up the Criminal
Justice System. The Criminal Justice System has five components and they are; law
enforcement, prosecutors, defense attorneys, courts, and corrections. The one
component that I do not believe crime prevention is a part of is defense attorneys. For
each other component however, crime prevention I believe is close to the end state
for each component. The relationship of crime prevention to each component in the
Criminal Justice System starts with law enforcement. The PoliceOfficer is the first
line of defense against crime.
47. The Legacy Of John Davison Rockefeller
John Davison Rockefeller was one of the captains of industry during the gilded age,
and is most known for his numerous philanthropies in his later years; however, most
people are unaware of his exploitation of America s free capitalistic enterprise to
amass a fortune, the likes of which this country had never seen before. Rockefeller s
company, Standard Oil, helped America explode as an industrial superpower on the
world stage and, in the process, allowed Rockefeller to amass a billion dollar
fortune for him and his family (Derbyshire 119). His career, from beginning to end,
was surrounded by heated controversy and criticism (Nevins 3); however, by the
time he died in 1927, the criticism and hatred faded away and the Rockefeller name

William Avery eventually abandoned Eliza and her children. This damaged
Rockefeller, but hardened him, allowing him to become the ruthless industrialist
of his later years. After graduating from his Cleveland high school, he was eager to
make something of himself. Rockefeller wanted to pursue his own business, and in
1859, with the help of his business partner Maurice Clark, that is just what
happened. The Clark and Rockefeller food distribution business prospered, seeing
over $450,000 in sales come through their company in the first year, with a $4000
profit (Nevins 7). Rockefeller was a wealthy young man ready to invest in
something new, so his attention turned to the new industry of crude oil
(Derbyshire 124). This was a bold move, but Rockefeller became the man he is by
taking the path less traveled. Rockefeller was a smart man and knew he could not
jump headfirst into oil on his own. He was not interested in the drilling of oil, he
was interested in the refining and shipping of oil (Aaseng 25). Seeing an
opportunity, John pressed Clark to use borrowed money to expand their empire. A
fight ensued and Rockefeller ended up winning. At age 26, after eliminating Clark,
Rockefeller gained the largest oil refinery in Cleveland (Derbyshire 127). With this
new refinery, he looked to create a brand, a brand that would crush
48. Reasonable Occupation Review Paper
Effects of the Realistic Job Previews on Employees Job Satisfaction
Abstract
Reasonable occupation review (RJP) is the presentation of data both positive and
negative given to the forthcoming representative about the occupation and the
association. The data gave is expected to give the practical picture of the association.
The part of the data stream is to touch base at a phase where the desires of the
representative and the candidate match. It is being contended that representatives
who are given RJP s amid the enlistment and determination process have higher
occupation fulfillment. Along these lines, the point of this study is to distinguish the
connections between practical work sneak peaks and worker work fulfillment in the

It is made helpful by utilizing both formal and casual techniques. Its convenience
can be surveyed if the association discovers workforce, which coordinates its
necessities.Better enlistment strategies give an upper hand to the association
(Kecia, and Gail, 1999). One of the striking elements of an enlistment procedure is
the capacity to influence an applicant (Quinetta, Collins and Oreg, 2005). It
imparts looked for after and ugly parts of the employment to the occupation
candidate before he/she makes a choice to acknowledge the occupation offer
(Champnoise, 2004). Great RJPs give a complete depiction of the employment (O
Nell et al., 2001). It is meant to guarantee that gainful and able candidates must join
the association with a long haul responsibility to the association (Champnoise,
2004). It is normal that a great job practical sneak peak can help in lessening the
turnover and the employing cost (O Nell et al., 2001). RJPs are proposed to give
practical employment data. On the off chance that the data is excessively negative,
then it would withhold the possibility to join the association (Quinetta, Collins, and
Oreg, 2005). The data gave ought to be adjusted both positive and negative data, and
the excessively positive data is unsafe for an association (Morse, 2007). RJPs are
given in different configurations and through various strategies (Champnoise, 2004).
In any case, it is too imperative that the
49. The Essence Of Sex And Yoga
Everybody s interested in sex. Whether it s to get pregnant, who s doing it and with
whom, or how often is normal? We wonder what we should wear, or how much
hair to remove to get more of it, or even how to market it? It s in our face in some
way, often subliminally, and frequently in a distorted way every day. Men and
women obviously have differing sexual needs, (not necessarily sex drives guys!),
and this often leads to conflict. Conflict is the antithesis of yoga, yet within
conflict there is always opportunity for unity. This is where yoga comes into play.
Sex and yoga is about harmony, about bringing balance into the equation so both
sexes feel healthy, nourished and appreciated, free from all the usual repercussions
or associated pressures. In my opinion the essence of sex is as a pathway to
spiritual transformation and lasting physical well being. Basically yoga makes you
feel good. It gets the blood pumping. It gets the hormones flushing through the body.
It gives your skin a healthy youthful glow. It generates heat and stimulation from
the inside out. It gives you energy, and that s sexy. Sex and yoga are more
intimately connected than we think. Sex feels good. Good sex with someone we
love opens our hearts, makes us smile and relieves tension. Sex is about relationship,
connection, intimacy, love and creative expression. At their best sex and yoga are
about union, truth and love. To reveal those things in your life, your yoga practice,
and your sex life
