When I first read about this course in a summer email, I was blown away by the description and
content of the reacting class. It seemed like more of a fun game that a few good friends might play

My Reflection Of Leadership
During my last spring semester at Fort Hays State University, I became aware that in order to finish
my bachelor s degree, I would have to take one more class prior to walking across the stage at

This experiment is about glow sticks so here are some facts. Let s talk about glowsticks and
everything about them. Light is generated from a chemical reaction which is called
chemiluminescence. Typical glow sticks use a hydrogen peroxide solution, a solution of phenyl
oxalate ester, and a fluorescent dye. Glow sticks are plastic tubes containing glass vials that emit light

This chapter had a lot of important and informative insights. Yet the most insightful information that I
have learned, was subculture theory. Subculture theory is the shared [of] several traits with activity

A seminal study recently commissioned by a government Committee of Teacher Education Policy
(COTEP), the so called National Teacher Education Audit (henceforth referred to as the Audit),
reported that there is an over supply of teachers in some school subjects (e.g. Biblical Studies) and an
under supply in other subjects (e.g. Science and Mathematics). These findings seem to corroborate
widespread news reports that new teachers are not finding employment. The apparent contradiction
between supply and demand alluded to above raIses important questions regarding the employment of
teachers. Is there, in fact, an oversupply of teachers? Do teacher education graduates find employment
in teaching? Do Science and Mathematics teacher education graduates, in fact, fill positions in these
assumed critical areas? To address these and related questions, a study was designed to track a cohort
of new teachers with the goal of ascertaining their employment status in the years immediately
following their graduation. ,The study used a longitudinal tracer study design to trace the 1995 cohort
of teacher graduates of the Faculty of Education, University of Durban Westville. Data were collected
at three different periods: at graduation (July 1996), at the end of the school year (December 1996),
and at the beginning of the new school year (January 1997). Survey questionnaires were used for the

that there are problems that can potentially cause complications with the Great Leaps Westward. Like
a second shadow, the most noteworthy detail was the FYC having a wide spectrum of influence over
Ryanites in places such as the Cornhusker State. The results of this are arguably stupendous: a vast
majority of the Ryanites in these states believe that they should instead collaborate with the FYC and
their allies by offering aid to the FYC s endeavors in both the Plaid Prohibition and Brotzmanskrieg.
To make matters worse, the number of Ryanites sympathetic to the FYC greatly outnumbers the
number of Ryanites who are in support of the Great Leaps Westward, as well as Catholic
Brotzmanskrieg factions like the RGA or the Underground. Indeed, these Ryanites who decided to
align themselves with the FYC, also gave the FYC the privilege to evangelize in their Catholic schools
and Catholic high schools, provided that the FYC offers them material goods and prestige and power.
By doing so, these Ryanite collaborators allowed their fellow Kameraden to commit apostasy and join

Encourage the children by being enthusiastic about teaching, because if you are excited about learning
the children will be too. When working with children it is important to be energetic and fun and have a
good sense of humor.... Be understanding of the children s backgrounds and concerns. Some children
may be coming from broken homes. The children especially in public may not have ate a meal when
they came home or may not have slept in a bed or may not even have a home. Understanding the child
s background builds understand of how and how much to motivate the students. In turn, they will trust
you when something is going wrong. Make time to get to know your students by developing fun
activities at morning circle time and at free time. If you do not have time, make time.
The benefits of the teacher student relationship are, if students love their teacher they will want to
come to school and participate in any activity you plan for them. If the students know that you are
there for them and that you listen to them they will trust you.....(trust) My goal in this relationship is
that I establish a trustworthy relationship by having fun and learning about my students and by doing
this have a great year with less frustration and stress. Some of the actions I will take to accomplish my
