6. Results I accomplished my goal of being more active, by going to the gym, playing softball, and walking to classes. However I came a little short of walking 20 miles every month. Although I did not walk 20 miles a month, I was more than satisfied with what I have done. I’m not the person who walks to class all the time, so I was surprised when I put my data together from my pedometer on my I phone. Before doing this project, I was not active at all. I would drive to class never go to the gym, and just sit around all day. My post-goal is that I am now much more active all though I don’t walk to class as much I still go to the gym almost every day and plan on doing intramural basketball. I feel great about what I accomplished. I feel great physically and mentally. I now feel like I’m in shape and I could run a marathon. I’m going to continue being as active as I can. This project was great accomplishment. I’m very proud of myself.
