1. Summative Learning Reflections
1. Throughout the project I have learned at tremendous amount about medical advances
made in order to help PTSD patients. I feel that we as the families of these soldiers
should donate money to research programs for helping these soldiers. Everyone should
give money to this cause. These are the men and women that are out there on the
battlefield fighting for your freedom. Soldiers and coming back to our country with
mental problems. These problems would be treatable if only the scientists and doctors
had more money for research. I still wonder why people don’t help these men and
women.
2. The challenges in this project were mostly within the group. Managing time and sharing
information. There were no technology challenges or anything like that. The only
challenges we had been getting some group members to actually do some work.
3. The most difficult thing about this project was researching about how these soldiers are
treated. Soldiers are just aloud to come straight home to their families without being
thoroughly examined for PSTD and other mental illnesses. This results in the many
suicides and murders that happen when soldiers “snap.”
4. In my books I read I wanted to learn about the soldier’s life after the war. I wanted to
learn about how the war affected these men and women after they left to go back home.
I wanted to know if they were still having trouble adjusting to daily life or if they simply
were doing just fine.
5. The project itself will definitely have a long lasting effect on me. I think that it was put
together perfectly. It has many graphic images and makes you really feel for these men
and women. The combination of the pictures with the pure facts of what the soldiers go
through will be with me forever.
6. I am definitely most proud of how our prezi turned out. The other group members were in
charge of other things and I was in charge of the prezi. I think that it’s a very good prezi
and the best project I have ever put together. I am very proud of my prezi and hope others
like it and maybe I can show it off in the future.
7. The most challenging thing that I faced during the project was putting all of the
information into the prezi. It was very difficult and stressful trying to figure out the right
way to blend it all together perfectly.
8. The skills that I most improved on throughout the project were probably thinking
critically, Sharing knowledge, and drawing conclusions. This project helping me learn
not only about the topic but a lot about what I can do as an individual.
9. Making a prezi enhanced my learning a lot about my topic. Because instead of just
writing down a bunch of facts on a paper Iigot g incorporate pictures and diagrams into
my presentaion. It was a lot more fun and a lot easier to learn about.
10. We sent it up by putting all of the things together that went together. It was pretty simple
the way we did it. I will use symbaloo on everything I do in the future. It is so easy to use
and looks very professional.
11. I i am very prerared to use prezi and animoto next year. I find that they are the best and
easiest to use. They are extremely simple and in my opinion look the best. I will be using
symbaloo as my homepage and easybib to cite all my work.lso to store all mspn mu , p
