In this presentation I will explain how I have
incorporated the Dimensions of Wellness in
my life.
3. Physical Health

Since this class I have been working out 3-5 times
Along with eaitng healthy. I am half way to achieving
my smart goal and will continue to work at it and once
I reach my goal I will maintain working out and
eating healthy.
4. Social Health

I will continue to hang out with my friends and to
hang out with people that I enjoy and make me
happy. I will also try to not think about what other
people think of me
5. Intellectual Heal

I used to work on puzzles and I plan on
trying to get back into puzzles. Puzzles
used to calm me down.
I would also like to read for fun. I usally just
read when I have to but if I read for fun I
think that it will help me over all.
6. Emotional Health

I have realized that working out has helped me relieve any
stresses that I have so I plan on continuing to work out.
Sometimes I walk outside in stead of working out so I will
try to walk at least once a week depending on the weather!

Before each day starts I will think abput what I
have to accomplish that day and how I am
going to do it. I also will make sure that each
day I give myself some “me time”
8. Occupational Health
I plan on getting to know my friends at school and also
At work. I plan on starting to concentrate on my
school work better then I have in the past.
