IMPORTANT?
•Evaluating Information encourages you to
think critically about the reliability, validity,
accuracy, authority, timeliness, point of view or
bias of information sources.
•Evaluation is closely associated with critical
thinking. Beyer (1985) argued that evaluation
is equated with critical thinking.
