Web-IT Support and Consulting provides social media consulting services. Two case studies are presented: In the first case study, they helped a partner use LinkedIn for recruitment. This included intake meetings, training programs, and ongoing profile and page management. The second case study involved using LinkedIn as an additional sales tool. This required intake meetings to understand the partner's strategy, defining target audiences, coaching profiles and pages, and teaching participation in relevant groups. Both cases resulted in high returns on investment for the partners through an approach that aligned LinkedIn strategies with the partners' overall visions.
